For immortals who are accepting followers but have the above in their wizlist profile, what is protocol for getting in touch? It appears that IC prayers are saved for review later, is this true? Are emails and notes meant to be IC or just OOC time coordination?

Even if you don't get your immortal's attention, praying is normal for a priest. It's part of RP.
