#409, "can't seem to get my char back"

have tried logging in through the website and through telnut off the run menu, but i get the screen with the skull and it tries to start a new char. Am I doing something wrong?

if you find yourself running with the pack, you may want to go the other way...they may be a pack of lemmings.

Possibly using the wrong name. If you're using the right name,
then your character's file has been purged (probably through
autodeletion). When it tries to start a new character, that is
because it does not detect an existing character with that name.

If you don't login your character for a while (the time varies depending on your characters level) then the MUD will assume your character is inactive (unwanted/unloved) and delete it.
