Sure I saw, long time ago, some info on 'red hand' or 'red band' that had something to do with Padwei's religion.

If anyone has had much experience, as a follower, with Padwei or knows anything about the above mentioned red thing please reply and let me know.

You're probably thinking of the "Red Hunter" bit - a slice of "history"
explained in Padwei's role chapter XVII.

My best advice to you is to check out the Padwei forum religion help-fu,
make sure what you have in mind will work with some of the religious
limitations too.
