What exactly are rage deletions? If it's just people who delete when they're angry, how is it possible for the mud to tell automatically and post it? Is it for people who delete right after being PK'd?
Also, what does a/b/s stand for?
And finally, for age death, what kinds of factors go into deciding when it happens? Is it completely random, or based on race, con, or something else? Does it have anything to do with game time, or is it simply based on how many hours you've played?

Rage deletions are when someone deletes shortly after being PK'd. It may be after dying in any way, actually, I'm not completely certain.
Aura/Barrier/Shield. These are damage reduction spells that are generally available to PC's only via magical items such as wands, talismans, potions, and scrolls.
Race is a large determining factor in age death. There is some randomness (it's not "100 for every human, 500 for each elf, etc.") involved. Also, the WITHER commune can reduce your age-death sometimes. Some equipment can age you or (rarely) reduce your age, also. It's is, in the end, based on how many hours you've played (someone who plays only 10 hours per month will age death long after someone who plays 100 hours per month).

If you delete soon after being PK'd it is considered a rage delete, and you have a certain amount of time to "reconsider" (un-delete) for a period afterwards.
>Also, what does a/b/s stand for?
These are wands, talismans, or scrolls which grant the much sought after damage reducing spells aura, barrier, and shield (a,b,s). When a mage uses these three together he/she can achieve superhuman damage reduction for a short time and take on foes which would sometimes otherwise be unthinkable .

Yep, you got it. Mostly. Age death is determined I believe a ~bit~ randomly, but mostly determined by race and con (perhaps class to a certain extent? Some claim mages will live slightly longer but may be misinfo). Other factors such as being a leader of a cabal can give you more hours, and some maledictions and gear can make you lose years (translated into less hours). It is based primarily on the time you have spent playing in hours, rather than on any notion of game time. "Normal" range of age death is in the neighborhood of 500 hours. Good luck!!

Class is definitely a factor in terms of years but might well be a wash in terms of total hours played because class also is a factor in starting age. Maybe your human warrior starts at around 16 years old and dies at around 96 years old, and your human mage starts at around 19 years old and dies at around 99 years old, or whatever.
