Goodbyes
What to say, after a lot of missed starts and a bad case of
character Tourets, Drasdan hit.

It was a good run. Only thing that might have made it just
a bit better would have been a regen form in the mix somewhere
but I had the owl which helped with more than a few kills.

Hummingbird/Tiger:
Wow, I never knew how much my forms with Kourin were meh until
I got these two. Good forms for how I like to fight. Shifters
rock, and yeah, I find something that works for me and I stick
with it for a while, but I think I'm putting shifters on the
back burner for a bit.

Sleeks:

I don't think I'd change a thing about them as it is. With
kourin I found Sienna and Black. Both were really easy to get.
With drasdan, I found all three, and they were a PAIN to get
solo. I had a lot of fights without Barrier for that reason.
But thanks to my fort buddies, I almost never went totally
unprotected(Thanks Thuorn and Rhone).

IMMs:

Adekar, you rock. thanks for saving me from that first Delete;
Delete, and the cool title. It was my first cool temp title.

Sollin:

Man it made me a sad tiger to see you heroimm just as Drasdan was
really hitting his stride, but you were awesome to RP with, and
just in general hang out.

Nnaeshuk:

Dude, as always, you are great. I hope you have plans on a religion.

Friends:

Thuorn, Man I loved you. You were the epidimy of what it means to be
an acolyte leader. It was great to run with you all those times and
to know you were there to help me if I needed to go grab my black
when things were quiet.

Rhone. You were just awesome. Loved fighting by your side, and
loved your leadership.

Drayden. How I loved the angst that was our relationship. I really
tried to make it for good RP with you after the whole thing went
down.

Athioles. Power house. It was great fighting with you and I always
knew you'd be up for a fight.

I know I'm forgetting a lot of people, but post and I will respond

Enemies:

Flaaayin. You get first bill. Man I hated fighting you. I still
tried every once in a while, but it just sucked. It would end up
one of two ways, me maladicted for like 4 days game time, or dead.
It really sucked trying to fight you. Nuf said.

Norington. You were a great fight early on, but then our times
just never really meshed.

Imraheist. Had your number a few times. But good fights.

Mharl. SCARY. You pull off great D-elf RP. If I had barrier on
I think our battles were a bit more even, but the last fight
just sucked.

Volker. Tough one. Keep truckin man.

There were a lot more of you out there, but it's getting too long
already. Again. Post and I'll reply.

So before Adekar chimes in, Yes, I am a serial Fortie. probably
will always be.... It's always fun there.

Thanks for the good times everyone. See you in the fields.

Glad you had fun. I really had been planning on giving you some love (working on what I was going to say) just as you started to delete. I'm glad you stuck around for a bit longer.

I don't really know what to say to you. Usually around the time I want to Maran your characters I figure out it's you, which is good and bad. I know I won't have to doubt my decision to promote you, but I'm also running out of things to talk with you about!

Best of luck with your next.

It really sucked that you wouuld just pwn on me untill I got near hero then you layed off a bit untill rhone came acround.

I should have taken that as a compliment. Thanks

Heh, Yeah, fighting other hero shifters was interesting for me. Sure did get tougher as the got closer to hero and a solid barrier source. I liked both characters and even what I saw of Wiktaw. Keep going man, it's almost two years of playing for me now, and I still struggle, but man is it ever fun.

For someone who has less than 2 years, especially if you were not using a good client before. I've played about a year more and I'd say your chars can now proficiently whip mine. I'm not a pk'er but I think you do well with your characters, a notable presence and a good attitude are the hallmarks of good CF players I'd say, and I always see good things from your chars so well done. Keep it up.

One day I may have to roll a fort char and be on your side, maybe try and get more into the PK side of things. Though knowing me I would be an acolyte and just be my usual help everyone self and get torn up in PKs. Might be fun to try though.

Heh, thanks man. If only you knew how bad i really am as a player... I really liked Faeshu. That day in the Fort when Mharl came and you stole all his rods while I fought him.... That was one of the most memorable times for me. Rock on man.

Very well played. I liked our few random talks and felt you were a very solid presence for Fort. Well played all around.

Thanks Naenae. Man I really do hope you get a religion soon. I'm actually holding off on empowered chars for a while to see what happens when all you heroimms finally get going with religions and stuff. I always love it when your poofin hits and I know we're in for some cool chatting.

I understand why you were so upset Ghrim killed Drasdan.

It's because you've played a ton of Fortress characters, where a good align killing another good align is like the worst thing you can possibly do.

Goodies in other cabals do not have that restriction. Sure, if you're slaughtering other good characters wholesale you are probably going to be changed into alignment Neutral, but you CAN kill other goodies. Goodie tribs and goodie Outlanders do it all the time, not even mentioning Goodie villagers.

All in all I thought this character was very tough. Many of the evil villagers really had problems with you. And I liked how you didn't feel the need to bring the gank.

Good luck with your next.

Awww. We came up through the ranks together, and I think made Maran pretty close in time together. Thanks for the kind words, I appreciate it. And hopefully we'll get a chance to roam the lands hunting evil together again!

Hey man!

Really loved the character. You were a pleasure to hang out with, I even got a good vibe off your character when you were in form. I had a lot of respect for Drasdan, you were certainly one of the characters I felt I missed out on by becoming a Heroimm... Hope we find ourselves on the same side again at some stage.

Thanks for the love...

Sollin.

And you never disappointed.

You were an examplary Maran, but also willing to just sit and chat, which is refreshing. You wouldn't have been a half bad Acolyte either.

Hummingbird/Tiger is a killer combination, I was happy to have it at the right side of things, for a change .

GLWYN, perhaps not a Shifter this time?

Thanks man. it was always more fun having you around. And yah, I was kind of trying a bit for a more preachy Maran.
