If I had to guess since he was in the fort he was probably multi killing weak evils. The title is hardly flattering, meant to be more of something for maybe the fort leadership to know, that way they can see he has decent pk's, but it is always the same two down on their luck evils he is doing it to which the leaders probably can not see. (maybe to up his pk count for maranation- I can't say for sure but that is about the only reason I can think of)
