Though I did call you Yayayayayayayaya-tree-clam but more for humor than insult factor. You got me good a couple of times and I certainly learned a lot by fighting you. I have no doubt you could have taken me one on one and you almost did.

The problem I had fighting you is that most of the time you came with others. The two times I died to you was a pure 100%-0% lagfest where I could not get a single "co word" in. The first time it was you cranial'ing and two bards tripping and the second time it was you cranial'ing with Quird raking bear claws (does that lag?) The result of this is not that I had any more or less respect for you but that there was no point in fighting you since it was a certain death for me. I thus just avoided you making this boring for both sides.

GLWYN.

Sure you participated in a few raids that really ticked me off, but for the most part I thought you were fine. I was ooc upset about one of the times that you lost everything because I didn't intend for that. I think I'm thinking the right thing here. Anyway, I do know I didn't mind fighting you, but couple you with another outlander in the woods and man was I screwed. Good job!

first defending you against kyaltaru. Be serious ky, dont complain when people attack you. You dont warn them when balance shifts are / will attack them. People are going to attack you period, most of the time I want to attack you just because I know I can take you easily. Noone really knows just what side nexans are on at any given time. Most wont answer where the balance is. Moreso, just like yesterday when chaos tipped the scales, and had the scales of justice, you refused to help take it back, instead kept asking the mage with us about various armors.

for the elf, I thought you were pathetic, having fought you a few times. You looked incapable of doing anything without help, period. You wouldnt even attempt anything without help. I am trying much less to be insulting than literally try more to say is you are much more willing to be one more body in a stack than you are willing to be something quality.
Also you have a mouth that made me think does the imms let this char play? Seriously? Imms will very rarely follow through with anything they say, such as align changes because of how detrimental it is to the char, even with it being purposely detrimental. Its an almost garauntee your align wont be changed for the bs you say -complete ooc, saying things no elf / lightwalker would really tend say or talk like etc- so unfortunately we have to deal with it. I wish they would though. bleh. anyway later. Try to make a char that is able to do something, without resorting to ganging / going ooc because you suck so bad. bye

First off, I tell nearly everyone when the balance shifts, and people ask me constantly because they know I will. So you might want to try that out.

And when they had your scales, chaos wasn't tipping, just fyi. Just because your scales are gone dosen't mean the balance shifts. And I don't remember which mage your talking about!

I think you MIGHT have me confused with someone else considering I've killed you or you ran every time weve fought.

I was that mage. And Chaos most certainily was tipped(Loz, Lilorni, Vaarsul, Krliln, Hakdu, and Zwi. Sulye also but I gander she rested just before you logged on).

Dont worry though, I helped fix that balance. It did not shift until 20 minutes or so after we returned the scales. But you were too busy getting swords. You needed them because you had no weapons in order to fight. Its alright. I did it. But dont deny Lagaush is an idiot for it.

How many times did we fight at the tree ever? Seriously. Everytime we faught was very unfavorable odd in the spire. Did you forget that I often ran into galadon to die or nearly die. Just to get a fight?
Are you honestly saying I wasnt willing to try something without someone else? You were on almost 24-7 out of range for the longest times snatching my weapons and eq.

You were still reeling from being full looted a while back. I kinda had a feeling you delete back then but was I happy when i saw you around yesterday. I suppose it was just a last stab at a character you had lost steam in, thats a shame. Whenever i looked at you i was amazed at how many amazing things you wore, must have hurt alot to lose it all.

I learned alot from you and wish i could have been more help. Thank you.

As for the RP, you were alot less hypocritical then alot of elves/goodies i see around these days. Its a shame more people didn't see that and that few are still silly enough to comment on it.

Until I get looted. Then i loot until I have a complete set that I feel is up to par to what I want. And I might even keep the trend going for a bit longer than that just because I can and it happened to me.

Its also a driving focus to get in more PK.

sorry that i kept on stripping your weapons, but it's my role to try to not kill you but to scare you away, and that's the best way. i know i went out of my way OOC to kill you in silverwood when you fought kyaltaru (and i gave back #### to you through kyaltaru) but i was pretty pissed then. but like honestly, when i was rank 40 and you were 48, keeping on coming to kill me just to get daggers/amulets/whatnot and just coming to kill me, an elf, is sort of pissy RP. and the thing is, half hte time you came just for me. i'm the only magistrate around, and you come in, kill me, and don't even try to raid.

and to be honest, i only took one or two things (besides the daggers, which half the time I just left in the pit because i felt bad), and when you got full looted by tribs, i didn't even partake in it. i then leave your corpse alone the next time you die, including the weapons, which goes directly against trib policy. but then, you just keep coming with loz/hakdu and full loot me again. like, i don't really consider it a big deal if someone full loots me, but an elf doing it to another elf just sort of ...ehh.

I didn't see anything good-align out of you at all, especially in your speech. You could easily go toe to toe with me but I think I only got you to fight once solo and you ran right away in silverwood. Then I try and ask you for a fair fight and all I get is "Shut up and quit bitching". I just can't really picture an elf acting in the ways you did. I never even started it, the first time I met you, you run at me without ever talking to me before and immediately start with cranial and the balance was tipping for darkness and order.

You were semi-cool at times though, just wish I could have saw more of it.

Why is it that dwarves are the only goodies you will accept that speak to people in a surly demeanor? I can call you a cocksucker ####er cum-dumpster and tell you to eat #### and die in a fire. That may not make me nice, but that does not mean I am a good or bad person either way. FFS how about a little depth?!!?

This is more at EVERYONE than Kylartu (staff included)

I really, really wish you would stop making good-aligned Outlanders so I could stop agonizing over when to turn them neutral.

I might have really liked Yanusyia as a neutral, but there was just nothing good-aligned about her... at all. (There wasn't much that I saw that was very evil either, thus my dilemma.) If I interacted with the character and didn't know she was an elf and had to guess her alignment, it would have taken me three tries to guess good.

How ideally it would be spent. All your primary targets camp city filled with goodie guards(sometimes elf trib randomly joins the cabal). But nearly every guard is good.

Just describe what makes goodie outlander possible I guess. Perhaps its hard to see it being different than fort acolyte or super cautious maran? What makes the elf in trib any more good than the good outlander? Duty over Align for the trib is often encouraged and seen at all times. Goodie guildhops when no present leader available to witness(even in AP guild?).

I think the alignment issues come greatly when involving spire raids. Considering every god damn mob is good. But its the fault of the outlander for living to its dogma whether it be raiding or hunting for the defiler pk when so many 'innocents' are leaping to jump you via guards.

I don't buy this "role-play that you are upset" #### that imms seem to like after a goodie kills another goodie.

Oethipius treats good aligned enemies differently, because he is good. To me, that's pretty good rp.

You could do the same in any cabal that allows a good aligned character. Not identical, but something similar.

That's a lot of it, honestly.

And I'm not holding up Oethipius up as the example of the perfect good character or the perfect Tribunal, but that piece of things he gets 'more right' than Yanusyia.

Well, for starters, a good Outlander probably wouldn't be so gung ho about raiding the Spire and trying to murder every Tribunal regardless of their alignment or what they needed to do to do it. You can make a character who doesn't care how many moral innocents they need to mow down to achieve their goals, but that character isn't good-aligned..

I sort of see Outlander broken down alignments like this:

Good: You're about protecting the wilds and hunting the worst abominations or biggest dangers to Thar-Eris, which coincidentally are just about all evil. A good Outlander also probably doesn't take the full list of things Outlanders are supposed to shun and treat the whole thing as a murder checklist.

Evil: You're more about burning down the cities and ####ing Tribunal up.

Neutral: Somewhere in between, or some of both.

Coincidentally, you'll notice the powers swing that way, too.

Evils actually tend to be the least likely to constantly rile up the cities toehr than ignite and slip out.

If you ever had managed to get Amaranthe's attention, she would have said something similar if asked.

Is not played by the actual evils. Thats because the weight of revealing yourself can getting caught in turmoil is much greater because you have SO many more enemies.

My understanding is basically...

Good: what you said for good.

Neutral: what you said for evil, but you limit yourself to killing cabal enemies.

Evil: what you said for evil, but unlike neutrals you feel no compunction about torching random non-cabal-enemies. Because hey, you're an evil bastard.

Just to clarify though, and I'm not sure if it was the same way with Yanusyia but I wouldn't be surprised. I know 0 Outlanders OOC. "0" means absolutely none. I rolled an Outlander, and after meeting them IC we worked together to kill people. Transmuters are built to boost other people. We never coordinated our playing times, but because we shared common times and worked together people cried "Perma" all the time. It probably doesn't help that I'm able to play 6+ hours a day right now.

It gets old really fast.
