I used to play religiously well before Nexus was even around. I was never an overly impressive character but it this was my comfort character. I've played a cloud ranger since the days of the 1st incarnation of CF. Hell, even had the tattoo of the ying and yang for all of you who remember which God that was (Pilon if anyone cares.) I grew tired of Grain when the Nexus became empty and no one ever was around. So I started a new character which led to less log in time. Which resulted in leaving (booted) from Nexus. At that point, Caeth became the only Nexus member. I dumped all limited items and logged in every few weeks to entertain myself. I figured with the new changes to ambush, I'd best learn them with a new character. I've had quite a few chars over the past 6-7 years. None of them overly impressive, but a few mentions:

Tastagro, human g/c thief hero, battle
Rhaghoul, human Paladin hero, Anderan Tattoo
Pilon as I mentioned
Zerten, human e/l shifter, ram/squid combo, Scion
Redeemer, (before lame name), human pal, Knights of Thera
Inverse, g/c arial thief hero, Knights of Thera
Couple of entropics... some assassin I can't remember and
the almight Goat Lord, n/c thief (wish I could remember his name, actually quite fun.) Days of Zorz Tribunal Reign.

There have been more and there will be more and there is already more. I have a hero shifter and have started my next cloud ranger. Ahh well. I'll see you all among the fields and if anyone cares, I can be reached at graintuilus@aol.com.

Graintuilus, the last of the Ranger Heros.

Wow...you outlasted me...about bloody time =)

Well, was fun those times when you were around, especially after I got the boot and all that. I still remember a camo'ed tiger...

Tibby.

I can't believe this character was still active. Grain was well
played and reliable when he was around, what happened for him to
become ex-nexus?

I think he might have been booted for NEVER, EVER, EVER, logging on. And when he did, he didn't stay long.

That's what I remember of Grain. I wasn't around when he was playing often, and when I was around, he was NEVER around. So I think that might have been why.

I might be wrong tho.
