At 4 o'clock AM, Day of Freedom, 18th of the Month of Nature
on the Theran calendar Illunas perished, never to return.

It's funny...

I had very lofty goals for this character, as it was a 'role' that I had tried to flesh out on more than one occasion, never really 'feeling' it.

I started to with Illunas... but something happened along the way.

I noticed that same people were still in the fortress... from 6 months ago when I had my LAST maran transmuter. The same arial warrior, the same giant mace spec, the same paladin. ... Maybe I should make a different character I thought to myself. Basically.. I was the same damn transmuter.. I even ran around with the SAME OUTLANDERS. I even had the same identical gear... the same wand set.

Deja Vu'

I had my fair share of assists, that's what a often lone alteration mage in a cabal full of warriors is supposed to do. It was my job to go and hold/soft/slow my enemies, not disrupt them and get the kill.

I also had some excellent battles one on one against a fair number of people. One of which was retrieving the orb against the chief. It was a perfect battle that a tranny could ask for, preped, snuck in, owned his face and he never saw me coming.

On that note -

Captain, most people didn't 'get' you.. I got you because I knew you, I knew you before you knew me. I loved the chip on the shoulder elf attitude, and not many can pull it off, you did, and not everyone understood it, even less admired it.

Marz - I knew you through no less than 3 characters. You are awesome, thanks for being patient and present.

Acolytes, you guys are great - loved exploring with you all and staying up way past my bedtime to hang around with you.

Great Roleplay from both Paladins on the Acolyte side, i'll miss our
chats.

Isendor you were great at the Inn, and even better at the Altar of the Light.

New IMM's are awesome and really flesh out the game for the rest of us... Even more awesome are new IMM's that inspire players to do great things....

Sorry that I won't get to accomplish the task you had set out for the Captain and myself... even more sorry that I won't be rolling an elf again anytime soon.

I'll miss you man... for some reason... everytime you make Maran, you burn out shortly thereafter... not to really worry though, i'll be making my way to join you in the fields of Eregion soon enough...

Are you telling me that the person that got inducted at 6 hours, during which they gained 16 or so ranks, and then ranked to hero by the captain, was actually the wife of the captain?

And Nepenthe would have to be drunk, and typing with one pinkie finger to be able to pull off a mediocre char like that (Captain).

And I don't think Nepenthe could pull off being drunk for the 100 or so hours that Ilvakhni(sp?) has been playing.

By judging Ilvakihj's goodbye they refrenced how they always burn out shortly after maran.

So beront jumps on the perma comment and saying how at least he is honest about it. Then turns to jab Nepenthe by making a claim he doesnt admit about knowing his wife's character. Unlike ilvakhij who can admit to knowing the other player.

Nor did I know who he was when I was inducted, heroed, or maraned.


I was inducted because I had my role ready at level 1 - sent my note at level 5 - and had my RP ready..

I have had several Marans - some of which played with Ilv's past characters.

Matter of a fact, he pointed me out - as My last maran transmuter - used to play with his last maran warrior.

talking about his father who was a knight sorta thing... and it was done IC.

Thanks for the recommendation. You were interesting to be with - I think it's pretty ridiculous how much a transmuter changes the tide of battle.

I can guarantee you that the "same" mace spec is nothing like whoever you think I am. I will leave it at that until I'm done. We had some good times together and I appreciated the fun.

Ahh man, that sucks. I really enjoyed when you logged on. There is a feeling of safety and uberness that comes over a warrior when a tranny who is up for anything logs on.

Shame you deleted! I was trying to rank as fast I could to chill with all the big boys but I never really had that much time chillin with you.

For the 7+ years i have been playing this game i have never seen ranks gained that fast. You kind of dropped off, but i enjoyed our interactions.

I was annoyed by the "multi" kill on Vicktor, not so much that you went after me that time.

Other than that, you seemed to be quite a capable player with some decent RP.

Hope you make a new one soon.

What was I supposed to do. We were raiding the Palace, I couldn't let him sit at the council and distort me, so I killed him instead.
