I'm curious as to this. If we started posting logs here of active characters...would imms comment on them? Could we get imm advice and imm input on our fighting skills/tactics? Or if we DO post logs here, make sur they aren't of active characters?

1) Logs of past characters are great. You should show some caution about content involving active characters, however. If everyone is "doing their job" in a log, it shouldn't be a problem. Logs involving characters who are all dead are nearly always postable.
2) Logs of an active character should be looked over with more caution, because first-person logs often give away a lot about a character. It's generally in your self-interest to avoid informing everyone of your hometown, permanent CON, etc., so cutting any "score" and similar output is probably best.
3) If you're posting the log to mock someone, try to get them in trouble, or give away sensitive IC information (ongoing quest, secret dealings, etc.), expect it to be removed or edited. If a log would require a ton of editing, expect the moderator to just remove it. Repeated, deliberate, and/or especially obnoxious postings may result in more severe consequences.

"Where old and new players alike can come to mourn the loss of friends and celebrate the demise of enemies (much like the Graveyard of old). THE BATTLEFIELDS IS HERE TO ALLOW THE FALLEN to share their inner-most secrets, including roles, descriptions, and logs of memorable battles, and to ALLOW THE LIVING TO PAY THEIR FINAL RESPECTS."
Is your character dead?
