"But yes, I'm entitled to my opinion, and entitled to vent however I wish."

Within the bounds of the rules for these forums, sure. Extended rants directed at active characters? No.

That was more clarification then rant, PB. I suppose you're entitled to your opinion as well (oops, better not rant on another active character *smirk*). Fair enough, I'll keep my opinions to myself and whatnot.

I found your reply within the lines of good naturedness, and do not really understand why it was removed. Assuming I read the correct one, the immediate reply to my reply of yours. And I don't think any character assassination was done except in your first post. Anyway, take it back up with me in game.

I intend to continue as I was. The first one wasn't quite blatant assassination so much as my opinion of how the player acted, not the char. Either way, it's a game, and a game it will remain, what's done is done, so...

Game on.

After I just traded you that Unicorn Pendant too. I thought you would have been a damn tough one to kill. Don't tell me your passdoor wore off at one of the gates of hamsah and you got manacled there and stuck. That would suck hard (I think there is something wrong with that situation as well). Good job on getting Karel btw. Losing the troll amulet would suck badly for a conjurer, but there are slow objects you could use in the meantime (I know it's a pain to get them but better than nothing), have fun with your other characters. I can't believe how many of them you play .

I use the slow objects with the troll amulet, lol.
I know so many slow items, i guess I am just spoiled.
During non-pk times, you dont want to waste your slow stock
and the troll amulet makes things decent.
Then in pk-times you use both so you can constantly keep up
with any scenario.

Crap!
I haven't seen you in all this time I was ranking up with Maurwam.
Then you show up all of a sudden last night, and I'm sitting here
thinking "who IS this guy?". I felt sorts of proud because of a
few things I discovered with Maurwam about conjurers but you put
me to shame. I really wish you stayed around, if anything then
because I am sure there would've been questions I would've asked
you.

This is also the first class that I feel I want to roll again
after I'm done with Maurwam -- yeah, PK's are hard with conjies
because people usually can flee right away, but the exploration
aspect is amazing. It's certainly different for you because you
probably know every nook and cranny on this mud, but for me, I
don't think that Maurwam's (human) lifetime will be enough to
explore it all. That's why I want to go back. So, what about you?
What do you roll after you are done with a conjurer? I'm curious
because some day, I'll be at that point

Cheers chief. You showed up only for one night, but damned you
rocked.

My other post got deleted, so ill tone this one down.

Basically died to tribunal when wanted as i was passing
through a protected town and got nothing back, which is usually the way with any decked out chars. Though you think it may not be if you havent been a criminal much before.

Yeah, rage deleted, but once you go troll amulet on a
conjurer, there is no going back. Its just a completly
different experience.

Doesnt matter how much time you spend trying to get the
perfect set of equipment, it can just as easily go rather quickly.
I've won far tougher fights, yet died to a rather simple
one because i was over confident.

Conjurers are the sort of characters you can play hardcore for a week, then feel way to bored to play again, a month later the novality returns. So I never really got close to any warlocks.

Masters was a great cabal, warlock is as close as you get to old style masters, they just got one draw back, You have to be good align and that can be a real pain sometimes.

I liked discussing tactics with you. I was hoping we could come up with some new ones together.

Oh, and did you ever discover a use for stepping stones?

Satisfy my curiosity. Are you actually the same person who played Crain when I interacted with him as a lowbie, or did you inherit the character from someone else?

When we spoke, before you joined Warlock, you seemed a little newbie-ish. You did something else tactics-wise that gave me that impression, but damned if I can remember what it was. Then, about a month after I deleted Mithuna, I see you in logs on Dio's beating the crap out of people, decked to the hilt, and pulling out preps like there was no tomorrow. I just figured Crain's original player had passed the character off to someone more skilled. I guess first impressions aren't always accurate.

My previous post was deleted, so I'll just say that the way you went out sucked, the circumstances sucked, you got screwed over, and some people neglect roleplay. We'll leave it at that. Well played, I had a great time grouping and raiding with you, and hope you come back and keep playing despite the fools out there.
