Where to begin. I guess I'll start with Viscar, who I had a good run with. I played Gakken, and I guess I didn't get enough of him by the time I needed to delete him, so I rolled Viscar, who, like Gakken, was supposed to be no more than a lowbie PKer. I wanted to right the few mistakes I did make with Gakken, like mastering flurry, which I had done at 35 somehow. Took Chilling and balance, instead of the warcry legacy, which is a lot more conducive to someone who uses no triggers and types every command they put into the game. Viscar was a lot less fun than Gakken, mostly because Scion seemed to be ultra powerful when I was around. Maybe attributing that to me, maybe more to the two super-invokers we had running around seemingly 24-7. But the blood-burning fights just weren't there like they had been in many characters of past.
Which leads me to retire from this game for a good long while. It seems whenever I roll up a little character I want to play in my spare time I beef him up strong enough to become a chore. I put long hours I shouldn't into him and can't ever seem to drag myself off. I'm about to turn 23, and I need to get into the real world and start making some money, start kicking ass with school and find a real job, which I have painfully realized I just can't do playing this game.
With that, I want to thank all the IMMs who put up an excellent game that has given me countless hours of enjoyment for the past nine years. There really is something to a game you can't beat that keeps you glued for so long. I do have a couple suggestions from a long time player that I might think make the Game better.
1) Make it easier to hero. With the playerbase getting smaller, lots of the vets gone, there need to be more heroes to get fights like there used to be. Massive fights rarely happen anymore, and that was the best part of what the game used to be was the massive cabal wars. It is very hard to hero now, especially when one cabal is dominating the one you want to play. It shouldn't be totally simple, but if you can get a char to 40 you should be able to hero about as easily as 30-40
2)Make another neutral cabal. Only neutral and give it a purpose. Nexus was great when it was around, and it would have been good for the game. Cabals are set up very well as it is now, with the wars going around everywhere. Pendulum swings happen, and always will, and nexus could always help fix that if it was played like planned
3)Quit knocking down the number of limited items. With less and less pretty shinies around to go get, people take less and less risks and gank more. More Nice Shinies everywhere = More Good Fights. This comes from someone who has explored every corner of the game and can find any item you want.
4) Way more Preps in the potion department. Wands are good where they are. (haste/shield/aura/stone skin) So I'll move onto some goodbyes, first from Viscar
Lumiere - You rocked, I haven't had a voker friend to run around with since warlocks were around and they were everywhere. I wish we had more people to kill, but who would want to fight the two of us?
Nhil-Equally skilled, just less friendly, which wasn't unexpected for a scion.
Runa- I liked you with Gakken, and thought you made an excellent Chancellor with Viscar. Your RP rivalled that of the old scions who used to kick so much ass.
Azakard- Go Drow Warriors. I thought you were average at first but you kept impressing me. Dont know if your dead or not but I hope you whoop some ass with Azakard.
I honestly can't remember a Rager I respected too much with Viscar, maybe because it's been over a month, maybe because the village just seems to be a shadow of its former self. Livion sticks out in my mind, but when I'd pin two or three villagers in at the destructor alone it made me fairly naucious.
Kiel- Ballsy, really too much so. Good Maran
Solasareth- Overpowered Paladin, at least from what I saw of your roleplay you were one of the ones who deserved overpoweredness.
Gordath- Only trib I ever saw on Viscar, took your beatings well
Gvan- Good Emperor, Need more players like you. Ballsy. Did you play that half-drow zerker who lived off spiked hand axes? A-something, you reminded me of him for some reason.
Dulmisa- always had me on my toes.
Qing- We were developing an interesting relationship. I hate Shamans
Rastorenn- Speaking of Shamans, you were cool.
Mikatra - Wakes me up after being jacked, sends me a tell about how dangerous sleeping on eastern is. Cool >
I know I missed a lot, some of which were probably also real cool, but it's been a while and my memory's shot as it is. Post something and I'll respond.
Let's see how many past characters I can remember over time, trying to go from first ones. We'll stick to hero/close to hero otherwise I'll never get them all.
(ENTROPY) Slaquar the thief Hero Gishkana, damned by Twist for raiding master, Trannie-Shifter Hybrid. (ARBITER) Nicha the forever applicant of Stellyx (SCION) Mastikon my suprisingly most successful A-P ever. (ENTROPY WANNABES) Hradek and Shradek (SCION) Hralled the Lich Lackey (SCION) Uzurack the Bastard Ranger (WARLOCK) Quasail the Idiot who made Adept, Invoker I (SCION) Zigrach who betrayed his RP after Amora made him her bitch, Invoker II (WARLOCK) Galial who deleted his seniority for Gherian, Invoker III (ALMOST NEXUS) (AGE) Queesha who really should have gotten a lastname at least, Invoker IV ( with a hell trip thx Farnsworth ) (NEXUS) Gasengond, Ganked relentlessly by Battle. (EMPIRE) (NONE) conj Ahmadan the Gaunting Bastard (MARAN) Ariwithal the maran with no role. (EMPIRE) Hashok who oathed because he was bored, Invoker V (NONE) Dursten the shiny loving Giant. (SQUIRE) Arksok the best char I never continued (Hand/Dagger) Pulled amazing things out of his ass. (TRIBUNAL) Drokalyth who disappeared before they could stick him with Provost Shawtabbies + Special Guards RoX (SCION) Gakken my first cool title and first tat ever, Harrower of the Night (NONE) Kirken was just boring as hell, Invoker VI and finally (SCION) Viscar, no title but I had a role this time, Flurrying bastard, who forgot tons of his character list still.
Finally, here's a list of people off the top of my head I remember as having an impact of my CF career. If you see yourself on here, you rocked either PK wise or RP wise.
Llorenthos Hargrave Ygnacio Guiseppe Hvitlok Dullameh, Dwoggurd, Dranolian Dylerion Urzkoo Kardok Duergar Rager Imm, Name escapes me. Jsomething Jhard
I got to get outa here for now, might post something later, will respond at the least. Watch for a Fire Giant with an unstoppable flurry, and I might be rich and Back.
PEACE OUT!!!!! Jory

I enjoyed running with Hashok a great deal.
Excerpt:
You tell Hashok 'Damnit I lost my mace with the head of a screaming demon again.'
Hashok tells you 'You probably wouldn't if you didn't wield it when you fight axe specialists all the time.'
You tell Hashok 'Oh.'
End Excerpt.
MUD while you can my friend, MUD while you can. Time isn't any easier to come by (even if you are financially secure) when you get out of college and into the real world.

I liked the: You tell Carrock 'I need an Orb of the Twilight Lords'
Next time I log on: Carrock tells you 'I have a present for you'
Carrock reminded me of Hralled who was a Scion thief char around the time of Dullameh. I learned a lot on him because of a lot of players with a lot more game knowledge, so I tried to drop that on you. Bet your an ass kicker by now >

You had fun offering me war master, and I had fun making fun of the war master for it. Viscar liked stirring up empire. I remember that muter too. I was fighting you, saw him enter, then lost my link, I was sure I was going to be dead when I woke up. I did end up killing him later, he had like 150 gold on him. I was like, Jackpot.
Good Luck with your enxt

You make good fire giant scion warrior badasses One of the more notable things I remember (from Gakken) was when we went to get I think the Armageddon sword, and the npc that had it also had the bracelet and you kinda broke char and said "Oh hell yeah!" Always stuck in my head as funny. Can't remember how many times I wanted to just log in with Runaktla and say "cb What is up, my niggaz?" Couldn't do it though
Of your list, I remember Queesha when I played my invoker, "Kaavraus the Weaver of the Raging Waters" or somesuch was his title. Arial. I forgot whether I went on the hell trip with you or was part of the group that attacked yours.
Anyways, take it easy, - Runaktla

I knew you with my first Shaman, Raekeer, when you were Uzurak. Probably don't remember him.
Then recently I was Whylherin while you were Gakken, and I ####ing loved Gakken. Respected him more than any of the people in Fort with me, simply because when ever I wanted a duel you would give one.
Anyways, hope you come back to CF, always fun.

I remember Raekeer. We had some good times with Uzurack. Your probably the only reason he stuck out in my head enough to remember him. Whylherin was fun too. Liked fighting you since you didnt have to bring the four out of PK healers with you.

I liked Viscar and was quite upset when you stopped logging on as much, because right around that time is when you would have had the most fun, enemies actually started showing up and giving up fights, Oh well, Kick some more ass for me!
