One thing that really bothered me was that there were no young marans. I know that Shokai likes to wait and induct people, but the biggest problem I had was the fact I would raid take the scepter. Little scions raid take it back. Then I would repeat the process I usually tried to raid three or four times, but after that I got tired. Shokai if you get the chance I'd also like to hear comments from you since I think you watched me a hell of a lot. I don't know why but I just always had that feeling that someone was looking over my shoulder. Pohanad I also felt I was right about that sword, but I knew it wasn't an arguement I could win. I'd like Nepenthe's opinion on it though since it was his area. I did learn from that mistake though and figured out a crafty way to gather it.

I went down to gather defiance it was my first attempt ever and less than spectacular. Grollaski ended up dying while I was retrieving defiance. I was called upon by the gods to answer for my actions of letting an innocent soul die to claim a material pocession. My arguement though was that defiance is more than a weapon and that it is a trapped soul. I was wondering if I was right in this or not.

Sorry to see you go man, I was always glad when I'd log in and see you on. Gotta watch those rage deletions, I've done a couple myself, and I've regreted it every time afterwords. I was afraid you had deleted when you left right after dying... I'm sorry you thought we abandoned you, I don't know about the others, but if I'd stayed I would have been dead anyway, so the difference is academic. Here's what happened... my sanc dropped the round before this. I cut miscelaneous stuff out so it reads a little easier. Good luck on your next character.

I like paladins they have very few weaknesses. Shokai thanks for the virtues, induction, and tattoo. I don't know how you felt about the character, but the role just restrained me in too many ways. I also started to get real annoyed with the lack of aid I could count on from most of the goodies. I just didn't have the willpower to continue on. For all of those that complained because I sat at 50 for a bit it was for role play reasons. Then when Shokai told me I could hero it was like letting a tiger through the gates. I was ready and willing to go. Then all of the sudden you all started disappearing.

I will have to find a new paladin then. I am sorry I ditched out there at the end, but I was pretty messed up and there were like four people still there.

Learned a ton from you, a worthwhile character, and you made a good goodie.

Not looking forward to your next shadowrunner

My friend what can I say, you were one of the strongest most motivated people I'd ever seen. I really tried to help with your punishment from Shokai younger in your life, and wanted you to really succeed. I went from trying to help you, to always looking to you for advice and leadership. I think I learned more from you than any other single person in the realms. I'm glad that we had a chance to talk about our personal disagreements before you left, because I would have felt awful if we hadn't resolved it before hand. Anyway I would like to give you a big old salute *salute*, and say that we will all miss you very much. See you in the fields.

Mr. By Default

Heh always how I saw your name.

Anyways, whenever I saw you log in and I was at the chasm I knew you would eventually(more likely sooner than later) creep on over and see what kind of sense you could knock into our tainted souls. You are one of the paladins that I really respected especially after your little redeeming speech you gave to Brotty when you killed him naked in Hamsah. You are also one of the few paladins I feared seeing as I can pretty much get myself and others out of sticky situations, the fact that you killed me twice shows your perserverance and your skill. Not that I am killer or anything but it does take a bit of gusto to kill a prepared healer.

Oh and what's with all you stormie paladins who names started with the letter B? Did yall get together one day and say

"Yeah...B is a great letter for the start of a storm paladins name"

*chuckle* oh well

Good Luck with your next one

Funny I always looked at it as Bea uti ful originally it was Bdefahl then the imms told me I needed to add a vowel. I learned a long time ago thats it's better to be the aggressor in most situations rather than on the defense. The first thing I did most times when logging on was run to the chasm summon and try to kill someone. I knew I was prepared and I knew that most likely they were not.

I think you have a knack for coordinating large groups, too, that will be missed. I guess I'll be fighting your next character, now.

Well, I am torn. At first I really disliked you and thought you were a horrible person for jumping me in a healing sleep when I was re-equipping (after you killed me in a big group), but the more I thought about it the better I actually liked it. I would have to say you did a better job as a paladin than most of the ones I was running into. Anyhow, come back to the side of evil.

You actually weren't the main target, Haliistra was. I thought to myself where would I go if I had just died and needed armor. We came in summoned Phaistus first to get rid of the healer. Then the only one left was you, so we summoned and whacked you.

Bid,

Thanks for the interactions. Had a good time journeying with you, and learning along the way. I always felt you played a very well-rounded character that was very balanced in RP and hunting. I'll certainly miss having you in the Fortress and in the realms (especially as I'm assuming you're returning back to the dark side *grin*). You always made a formidable ally and one I knew I could count on.

I could only sense your frustration one night when we went to hunt and wound up finding our intended prey in Aridhol. My link had been slow all night, and at the critical time, I saw that you'd been waiting on me and they'd managed to leave without a scratch. But, to your credit, not a word was said, however the hunt was definately over for you that night. Felt bad, but not a way that you can really express such a thing IC and make it alright.

Good luck with your next creation, though after watching you in action, I don't think luck has much in the equation.

May not mean anything to you but I have kept a list of my best foes over the time I have played Karn and you were near the top. You were a leader, which is something not many can pull off. Anytime I would see you or a certain other stormy warrior log on there would be no doubt our enemies were going to get organized. From the roleplay I encountered the first time you challenged me unto the last we fought, I was impressed. You had excellent pk skills on top of a well fleshed out character. Hate to see a good enemy go.

P.S. Two things in passing -
1. You were a bitch to summon.
2. I had a preset aliases for you all the time.

Honestly, I didn't know you all that well. We travelled a fair amount, had our fair share of fights and stuff, but we never really talked too much since it seemed that whenever the two of us were around at the same time, we were always busy fighting stuff. Ah well, how it goes sometimes. Wish I coulda known the char better, but either way, fun to travel with, and you sure knew your stuff. Take care.
