Dohmineh Smith

Last Will and Testament

Foster Father and Mother and my brothers and sisters of the Tribunal this is my last will and testament. If you hold this in your hands it means that I have taken my own life. I am sphere purity, apprentice to the Hammer, dedicated to removing the threat of chaos from Thera and sworn member of the Blood Tribunal. I have never lied, always spoken true and never broken the law. However, this morning I was reprimanded by Lord Astein for waging war against the Baron's of Chaos and told to stop or be removed from the Tribunal. I could not stop waging war against the Barons or I would have betrayed my Immortal lord, and I could not have left the Tribunal or I would have broken my oath. I am neither a oath breaker nor one to forswear their immortal lord. Therefore, I sought the final quenching to be complete.

To those that survive me:

Jumar you are given my smithy learn that forge is much like life an endless battle for purity. Each time you brave the fires, it only makes you stronger and more pure.

Klemek you are given my hatred of Chaos. May it burn like the fires of the forge, purifying your resolve and then strengthening your courage.

Riatsilla you are given my friendship. May it help you throughout your life and lead you back to the spire that is your home.

Lertivy you are given my badge, my watch, shift and my place within the spire. Serve the Spire well and love it as I have.

Neyis you are given my charity. Remember there are those out there who are unaware of the path they seek to travel, help them find the right way and provide the means to seek it.

Jungynheim you are given my respect. Respect those that revere nature outside the Sylvans and continue to save the wilds for they have that need.

Paelnor you are give my laughter and humor. Take moments in life to see its hilarity.

Selfren you are given my humility. Remember that there are laws within the lands for a reason, to keep the chaos at bay, without laws we have anarchy and then light or dark doesn't matter because everyone is prey and predator.

Menehem you are give my reason. All dark is not evil and all light is not good.

Kaada you are give anything and everything that I have. I thought of you as the sibling I never knew.

Yeta you are given my gratitude. Thank you for everything...the teaching and taking the time to help me learn.

Derexal you are given my disdain for Mayesha, Pico, and Grummuron. Destroy the doomsday machine before it destroys us.

Nuhow and Dwohasean I have nothing left to give, but thank you.

For those who went before me I thank you and I look forward to seeing you again in another realm and another place. If you seek to find me, I hope I am given a place at a small forge, in a high mountain where I can forge life.

Dohmineh Smith, Apprentice to the Hammer, Magistrate of Galadon

When did you start having such a passion for hating chaos? It certainly wasn't when we ranked from the teens to the thirties together.

I'll answer this one because it shows a lot about how empowerment works for those who have never been empowered before.
For some reason or another, I did not get empowered by Thror until I was level 25 I think. That means I ranked from 10-25 with just the basic skills I was given up to level 10. Additionally, I joined the Blood Tribunal when I made rank 18 I think. Therefore, for me to continue my empowerment under Thror I had to develop some reason why a Paladin, sphere Purity, and pledged to Thror would continue....especially after Thror told me that the HammerSong and being a Tribunal just didn't mix very well. At first, I thought my role was to protect the innocent and serve justice...however...for IC reasons I couldn't do that. Therefore, Dohmineh determined that his path initially was to get rid of all Chaos in Thera and that mellowed out after time to removing the threat of Chaos from Thera. Eventually, Thror was correct and trying to balance my HammerSong with what I was allowed to do as a Tribunal became to great and instead of quitting the Tribunal I decided to suicide instead. But either way, I didn't find my HammerSong until about rank 32 or so and thats when my personal war against Chaos became manifest.

If not for fun and humor, then why? I had some fun with you. Never figured out why you incessantly called me friend. Also never figured out why you weren't booted on multiple occasion. I guess now you got to delete still a Tribunal, the last offense was definitely something that would have had Astein on your tail.
You were my last hope for the cabal of tribunal. It's a shame you're gone. You uh...lied in your farewell, you've lied in the game, and you have broken laws. All in the fun of things.
Oh, and why would someone so anti-chaotic return weapons and such to a hardened criminal?

Good luck with whatever you choose to do from here.
-Paelnor, ranger third class, beneath Kiac and Flontinot.

When I saw your name here, the first word that came to mind was 'Astein'. How could I have guessed that? *shrug* I figured you were going to become the next provincial magistrate but now you're gone. What's going to happen to Tribunal next? Hopefully Astein will decide to stop destroying his own cabal and induct some people and stop kicking them out/making them delete or just stop doing bad things to them. Anyway, good luck in the future.

Azimus,

Great to hear from you, my memories of you and the other heroes filling the spire are probably what kept me going for a lont time...I wanted to return the spire to that grandeur again...but hey I was not allowed to. As for Astein, he was not at fault for my demise, he just reprimanded me and told me that as a Magistrate I could not war with another cabal...which when I reread the rules was true. Therefore, I suicided...rather than either quit the tribunal or break my alleigance to Thror.

As for the Tribunal, my only complaint is that if Bria and Astein have a vision of what they want the spire to look like or be like then they need to communicate it. I cannot tell you how many times I prayed for guidance. I asked to become a Justiciar, and I asked to become the Provincial Magistrate, my first response was wait and my second response you are not fit for leadership and you are barely even fit to be a magistrate....that really frustrated me for in effect they were punishing me for seizing the leadership when it was absent...and there was no guidance from the immortals...

If Bria and Astein don't want mortal leaders then they need to show their face more often that once a week....I mean come on....how many nights did you see me all by myself in the realms...not to say that there weren't other tribunals but fore some reason the time I was around...more often than not, I was alone.

well take care friend, and thank for all the help at the beginning.

Dohmineh
