Man, do you have ANY idea what you being gone did to my orcish culture night?! One of the poems was even ABOUT you! Sheesh. This is going to have a serious impact on Garg, since his friendship with you was one of the few things that kept him from just going insane. If I had a dime for every hour we spent together...well I could make a phone call. But it'd be a lond distance call!

I knew it'd hurt Gargargh and Dalisha the most, especially since Altiniel gave absolutely no warning to either of them. I'm not really sure what to say to you other than you were probably Altiniel's favorite person ever.

Altiniel! I can't believe you're gone now, too! You were always so fun to be around, always good for a laugh. And when you got that puppy, oh man.. Good times. I think one thing I can never forget is that bat. Aw, what a shame you're gone.. Rest well.

Altiniel went through so many nutty phases, bats, puppies, kittens. She was crazy. It was sad to see Azkerria go, though. You were a good friend.

I thought you did a relatively good job of keeping things interesting
at the Inn, although I did hear about some sketchy things you were
making with your talent. I guess now I don't have to yell at you for
that, heh. Overall I liked the character, and I'm sorry to see such a
good Herald go. Good luck with the next.

Sorry to say I barely got to know your character. Seemed like a cool guy. I hope you don't spend all that gold in one place.

When I saw this, I was stunned. Things won't be the same, Al. I shall darn sure miss having you there, holding a piece of my sanity intact.

Good for you getting your first above 30...it isn't all that easy.

to be around. Now I don't know if you seriously didn't know
I was the wildcat or not, but as far as Miaree's concerned
you just brutally backstabbed her, sorry for the all harsh

The fact of the matter is, my computer can be a bit slow sometimes and the fight was pretty much over before I even realized it had begun. But one can't give excuses like that in gameplay. Altiniel was pretty crushed that she had lost such a neat friend. No hard feelings at all though.

As for the next one... a lot more thought will go into it, that's for sure.

Altiniel was the first character I'd ever gotten past level 30 with, so I was pretty proud of her--being a Herald and all that great stuff. But she was pretty much just a #### around character who didn't have any serious interaction with others and wasn't very ambitious either. I felt myself getting really, really bored with her (even hating her at times which manifested as her own self hatred) near the end. And then there was the thing with Miaree. She just didn't feel like living anymore after that.

I guess I'll dole out last words to you folks as you come.

I can't say I won't miss you. Wow. With all due respect to Miaree, I enjoyed your company. A piece of me, and the Inn, will sure be missing. Sorry you won't be around for the wedding. Rest well.

A piece of you will be missing because the puppy bit it out of your butt. I liked you a lot, but don't think just because she's dead you can retire Tinny's Tuna.

Characters are not people. Don't hate them. "She" didn't cease wanting to live, "You" ceased wanting her to live.

I'm not trying to be intentionally harsh; just saying it's unhealthy to have such an emotional investment.

Not to worry. I've no intentions of nutting up over a game any time soon.

Congratulations on making your first near-hero char! Altiniel will be very missed around the Inn. Frankly, I was shocked when I read this on Dioxide's Graveyard.

Ok, not really... You were one of the coolest Heralds, always around, always ready to listen and be a part of what's happening, lending your two cents and sometimes more. Im very glad you stuck it out as long as you did, I got some interaction with you with a couple other characters and you pretty much kept a straight role all the way through, which is damn good. I basically just want to say that I loved the character and you played it marvelously. I wish you the best of luck in whatever you roll next and may it be more enjoyable even through the many many hours after you hero.
