Well this was my first mage ever. My continuous bane (which seems to have been something I always run into with these types) has been stupid paladins. I know when I was in the Village the Maran were 'said' to be the closest thing to a Villager type group. But tactically speaking I've yet to meet a Maran with his head on his shoulders.
Eagle rocked, odd considering it was my secondary focus. Ram sucked unless I had a 'competent' healer or defensive muter in front of me. It was a big let down after all the ungodly hours put into a transmuter. I enjoyed some of my fights with Scions and even had a bit of fun banter with some of them other times it was just rage deaths.
Thalmond was really old and I didn't feel like trying to regear him again. Yes there is a huge difference between a naked transmuter and a geared one. Sokera is gone so it wasn't as fun to play Thalmond.
Serrina you've mellowed since our ruckus I like you alot better now.
Sokera Bah! Wish you hadn't had to leave cause it was fun running around with you. Wish I'd gotten to go on that 'We're all gonna die.' helltrip you instigated but such was not to be.
Derexal The same. But then you know that... or you should.
Sekera it was fun flying with you, and fun hunting with you.
I'd originally thought about going nexus but I'm glad I didn't. I don't like the concept and all of those who were going nexus when I ranked up got in and basically hide. Only coming on in the wee hours and such. One word for those guys, 'losers' one and all. I have no respect for people who don't support the cause they went far enough to get inducted for.
Anndora honestly at this point if I were in your shoes I think I'd delete. With your title and few to run around with if any there's not much sense in hanging around.
Selfrin (spellcheck) Use your head. Will is wonderful when backed up by brains. Otherwise you're a bulldozer steam rolling straight for a cliff and we all know how that ends.
Dwimmerling do something! *wink*
Lewellyn and Braiden you both suck for deleteing! Missed running around with you two as well.
Kanar (spellcheck) It was fun fighting you and you took it in stride. *tips his hat to you*
Sylus you were tough. I can't say I was sorry to see you go but I think you had alot more courage than most who remain in scion. Well played.
Khadii Congratulations again and it was fun dying with you exploring Mayesha's area.
Ralemos in your shoes I suppose I'd be the same. I've just never liked people who come off as stuffed shirts and then can't even admit they got taken unawares so retreating was the only sensible option. A stroke of luck and my own stupidity at not knowing where a certain protection was got you your only kill on me.
Adaer you had alot of promise even though I wasn't looking forward to fighting you, it's a shame you deleted.
Tiberianus your title is on the money honestly. Didn't like you or dislike you.
Nerylana I hope you've learned it's foolish to talk trash to an airform transmuter when he can track you and strike when you're least wanting to be attacked. But you get kudos for being around often and giving it your all. The village is twice as strong when they've got a bard around.
Intronan nice assassinate you dirty bastard! Owing to my background I 'truly' did try to stear clear of ragers for the most part, often giving them intel about who was where and such.
Nedrio I'll applaud you if you ever become more than a scion tag along. Never liked you even when you were funny sometimes.
Nurial I liked helping you (though it was mutual in my eyes) because as with my previous heroes I am basically nice to most.
Sadrien, I think you actually have to be present and doing something to regain what you lost. It was fun running around with you but I think you need to poop or get off the pot. We had lots of fun before that untimely error.
Calis, you should be around more as well. I hope you make it into Maran before you age die. It was fun hunting with you.
Plyate I enjoyed running around with you as well. Fighting the Blademaster however many times was always interesting to say the least. I'm sure the Grove misses you as well.
Ezelhecil thanks for shielding me when I would go after Bynote and such. You were always fun to talk to during our brief exchanges.
Illvenristo didn't know you well and didn't really like your character. Too stuck up for my tastes.
Bynote if you're wondering why it was always so easy to dispel me it's because I stupidly had my trustall on everytime we fought. *bonks himself*
Illijin, you were brave to the point of foolishness. I hated you always showing up to help Astirath but you kept me on my toes.
Astirath well played for the most part, I loved fighting you even that time you sang me up and I had to run away. You should be around more often.
Tillilare another fun one to fight. I honestly like orcs and feel sorry for them cause they're not easy to play. Kudos for sticking it out.
Nazgauga same as Nedrio but we never really interacted.
Igakaie keep 'biting' them, I'm glad I could help whenever I had spares you could use. Sorry I won't be around to help at all.
Andreas, don't be a horder. Enter the lands and do more than tool around once in a while.
Andulvar I was sorry to see you go. Enjoyed running around with you and you taught me alot about various things.
Lirellia, I didn't like you much at first but as you grew older you loosened up a bit and it was fun running around with you when your stupid archon wasn't pillaring my furry rear off.
Jererraric, you must be one helluva writer cause how someone who hides 99 percent of the time deserves a title I've no friggin clue.
Vaustrien you were tough and ballsy. The only scion assassin worthy of the name.
Reddyn you were scary as a lich. More so to my groupmates than I really, it's a shame you didn't ride it all the way through.
I'm sure I'm forgetting people and this list is in no specific order. If I did shout out and I'll respond. This character was made for exploration and learning and he served well in both functions. Primarily playing rager assassins I never got to explore much so...
Laters, Hyshrawr

Bah! I'm sure being at 60hps from fighting Caelph, fleeing from the Rift had nothing to do with it! Har! But seriously.. good fightin, and STELLAR patience... I just knew we were gunna have to deal with you when we left... Just couldn't get that bastard Caelph to die. *hrmph* And I'm not sure if ya know, but Hyshrawr made the village pillar, kudos on that... not many do.

Yup I figured unless the two of you hid out for a while and rested a bit you'd come out softened at the least. Broken wrists and shoulders if I was lucky. Still hated fighting ragers. Though playing a shifter has given me a great deal of insight into what any future rager characters of mind can expect from such. Give Thror a wedgie for me! (if you're suicidal) And uhhuh I think the Village Paladin had mentioned that I made the pillar. Good luck in the war. Hysh

Its was fun. After Ilgar left you were my best friend. We could go anywhere together and not have much problems. I could always trust you. I sort of got the feeling you and I are close to the same knowledge level for CF, and I REALLY appreciated having you around. Thanks for the good times and the willingness to follow me and actually lsiten to my plans. I usually had force my GREAT plans down peoples throats! hehehe...Hopefully I'll be able to play again consistantly again in a few months..take care
Sokera
PS.. I remember hyshrawr as Disola as well. Never fought much..but like all assassins. I lived in some fear of you.

Well, that kind of stings but I can see how you feel that way - you definately took more than your share of suffering in that one raid where you died twice. I don't know what I could have done to help you against an out-of-range healer, but I did feel bad, especially in light of how you took it.
Anyway, I agree that the Maran are not like the Village, at all. Though not for the same reasons as you.
Thanks for the assists, and see you around.

It wasn't meant to sting particularly though yes I do take deaths that shouldn't have occured badly. Generally blaming myself for having gotten myself into said situation in the first place. The maran and paladins I've run with have plenty of will but it always seems like they've put little to no time into prethinking or strategizing if it's anything more than a) We try to summon one of them if that doesn't work b) We rush them!
Nothing wrong with rushing them if all involved are working fluidly. On that ill-fated raid either Anndora should have gone in and sang nightmare or you should have dashed in and pulled out the foe we all had in common. The healer and his nightwalker were only a nuisance after a nova or three and a buffet or two. It was a sorry showing for all of us, myself equally as any other. As someone non-affiliated I shouldn't have let myself get drawn into raids that were half or not planned through.
Will to fight is a powerful force if matched with forethought. So don't think of it as a sting think of it as a suggestion to help in your war. I'd make a maran but I've never really played a goodie. Not sure if I could cut the mustard.
Likewise abysmal raid attempt aside it was fun interacting with you as well. Sorry I forgot to mention you but my brain is swiss cheesed. You'll understand in the future. Laters, Hysh

Hmmm that's odd. I seem to remember fighting you and Tillilare both and killing him and then driving you away from the Fortress. Though I likewise remember having to flee because your croc/alli? form was a bit too much sometimes. As for your falcon form the only time we fought you fled and lost me. (Falcon's a faster flyer than eagle) But regardless like anyone as potentially squishy as Thalmond seemed to be, if I didn't have a decisive advantage or wasn't killing at least the one I was after I'd retreat to heal and strike again if possible. *shrug* Hysh
