Died twice to an alligator while having link problems got pissed, deleted. Having played a goodie conj and this one I feel safe saying Ice Devils dont even come close to Archons.

It really depends on what you're using them for. Rituraaj killed his hordes of people using ice devils. (And that cemetery, but even without it he would have been just as dangerous). Just a thought.

If you're not happy as a pig in ##### when your ice-devil fears, you have problems.

Any conjie can be very dangerous, but it was easier to play evil conjies when barrier was more readily available, plus jyrbian gernally kills scores of people with whatever he plays. In a one on one fight, if i have barrier shield and aura, Id take Ice devil over Archon. For pretty much any other situation to include ranking, gearing, fights im outnumbered, or if i'm out of rods, the archon will serve better (if you can use them effectively). One thing i got tired of was the amount of time it takes to collect rods now, but id say thats a gripe of any mage.
