At 4 o'clock AM, Day of Deception, 30th of the Month of the Dragon
on the Theran calendar Msthna perished, never to return.

And I was doing so well with the whole "not deleting" thing too. Har. One dumb mistake too many I guess. That and I'm getting married next week, so I'd have had to take a break anyway.

Drozhurrb, Wuntarro, Arkozian - You guys were fun to be around.

Verisla, Avaris - You were effective, but also irritating.

Sevarecan - You tried hard and it paid off. Way to go. Unlike me, you seem like someone who enjoys Carrion Fields in a very healthy way.

Yyrdoouhn - You were irritating. Though, you did teach me never to retrieve without a lowbie to scout. That's something at least. That time you attacked me in the chessmaster's I had spammed all those commands on the pawn. I'm still astounded I didn't die. I didn't even notice I'd been attacked until you sent a tell.

Melenth - More irritation. I hung out at 15 for like four days just to kill you and you never show. As soon as I rank to around 20, there you are again.

Izhmash - Possibly the most irritating of all. Know what irks me the most? That I was "onto" that trick of yours but died anyway because I spaced out and forgot about it. What a doofus I am.

It was kind of upsetting to see you delete. You always had a presence even if not being range of pk for that long. You always seemed like the one to come and retrieve, even if it was alone and took you ages. This seemed from the outside like a good solid shadow, and someone who it was easy to stand by when #### got heavy. Strong work, Isildur. Strong work.

I'm going to post this here, not because I want to brag about the kill, or because I have any inclination to listen about how goodies gangbang, but just in case you wanted to look at that final death or anything. You stood up like a champ and took one on the chin. Good work again.

The winds howl fiercely through the pass. Here on the western side of the
pass, the snow piles into drifts as high as the cliffs. A gigantic snow
drift lies directly across the pass, blocking any attempts to go further
to the east. The freezing cold cuts right down to your bones. The path
down to warmer climes lies to the west.

Scarring the path here is a horrendous black crack in the earth, forever
filled with a solid piece of the purest white stone.

Here's why that made me delete:

When I got to the maran it occurred to me that you might have dangersense. This was confirmed when I saw your group move from the altar and start heading towards the entrance. Not wanting to die like a chump I entered "sw;hide". Unfortunately you attacked before any of those commands went through, adding at least a round to the first session at the maran. Then, like a complete newbie, I spammed "flee" about five times. Partly it was panic and party because I figured the Tar'abal would block me a few times. So, had I not spammed, I'd have been able to quaff. Instead I died like a panicky chump.

We chatted a few times and you were one of the great mainstays of the empire. You are going to be missed man. That deletion was truly toolish in nature.

I am really unsure why you didn't like Verisla. I'd be happy to hear anything you want ot say, as long as you don't compromise things that are in game currently. I like Msthna a lot, so I'd like to hear your thoughts. Sorry to see you go.

Hmm. It's hard to put a finger on. You weren't really that bad. Maybe it's that you're actually a very well role-played "greedy bastard" and *that's* what got on my nerves. Oh, one thing - you seemed a little to "eager" to promote me. But I can chalk that up to you trying to cultivate an alliance.

I laughed when I read the "a little too eager to promote me." that strikes me as funny. Heh, ah well

I would've been royally pissed if I was you at that retrieval fight. But you got some nice payback shortly thereafter. We had some good fights though, kinda discouraging to attack a guy, run away with like 30 hps and you didn't even know we had fought :p... Would've been fun to fight you a couple more times though

What pissed me off is that if I'd I suspected you were an enemy I would never have stayed that long. Also, if you were called there by the defenders then that seems like poor role-play on their part. Asking a *minotaur*, whose species reproduces via ritualistic rape, to assist the Holy Brigade of Evil-Smashing?

Dammit, you were a good shadowy foe. How many times did I ask Johnny Lowbie Thief "do you see Msthna Kinslayer in the lands?" How many times did I go miles out of my way rather than use the eastern road? How often did I leave on the river, double back, run like a maniac because my sixth sense told me "Msthna is more than likely running up stalks on you?"

It was fun going head to head with you Drozhurrb, and others. That one raid where I kept stunning you both, and that damn healer kept waking you up =P. Oh well, I guess there won't be any more "Maran X tells you 'Msthna raids. Can you stand against her?'. *sighs*

At least 4-5 times when you took the river I *was* stalking you. Actually I had followed you when you left your guild, then broke off when I noticed you were heading towards the river. It's sort of lame, but you had some felar gear I wanted, couldn't detect hidden (unlike Murzik, Vethna, Jirash and Yshish), and weren't as "dangerous" as the rager felar dude (Ozlif?).

Each time I tried to guess where you'd *leave* the river and never got it right. One time stood at the bridge on eastern, once in Tar Valon, once in the Weald. Still don't know where the hell you went.

Not being dangerous sucks. At least my spider sense was working heheh.
