Not much to say... this was my first shifter and wasn't much of a character. I made the major mistake of picking my minor focus before seeing what my final major was. Boy did I ever regret that. I was hoping to get hyena and eagle as a utility/air combo, didn't turn out that way at all. In a perfect world i would have picked offense after seeing that I got Cobra. My final forms were cobra and osprey, just no damage potential there at all. Wasn't a very fun character. I basically relied on wands to keep my alive long enough for my 1 attack a round to hopefully kill someone. I even got tired of my stuttering. Anyway good riddance to a notso fun character.

Goodbyes:

Nexus: There are some good dedicated people in there and I wish you all the best. The powers really suck. From my experiences, mages totally got the shaft in the bond. Powers aside I'll miss you guys and I encourage you to take a stand with team evil sometime soon. You all know why.

Quezzumpliet: You rock, you will make a great Lord Elder. You're around, you're personable, you know your stuff, and are an all around great guy and the biggest asset that Nexus has. Just dont pull a stunt like the last one did. If you ever do decide to go, write a note and delete. Don't let nexus hang. I don't see that happening for a long while and again kudos to you for sticking in there. You done good boy.

Kucerael: I really hated your no-looting policy. It annoyed the hell out of me when I constantly got full looted by ragers and couldn't touch a thing in their corpses when I killed them. Before that I learned of that/it was instated I generally enjoyed talking with you and being in your company. After that I was generally too pissed off to go near you I enjoyed the interview and thanks for giving me a shot in the cabal.

Urzkoo: I'm just glad I wasn't ever the guy getting beat down by you. You're a friggin 18 wheeler. Stay strong and show yourself more often. You were becoming a hermit like me

Kozlaski: I spell that right? You were fun to fight with, especially on water.

Jumalde: I haven't seen much of you but I hear you're tearing #### up. Way to go and keep it up.

I know I'm forgetting some of you guys so please comment and i'll respond, hopefully?

BATTLERAGERS:

I hated fighting most of you guys. My worst enemies were polespecs, necromancers, and scouts. I hated critical hit and charge set or whatever it is that kept eradicating and unspeaking me whenever I attacked. I've never had a rager so I've never really been able to tell if there is any supposed honor code. At one time I thought there was but I've been ganged with abandon anywhere and everywhere by you guys. We ganged you too so I am in no way trying to talk you guys down. It's just something that's interested me.

Anyway on to good byes:

Drahkul: You made me hate to fight you. No matter how many wands I used you always beat the #### out of me, all you had to do was flee Always a challenge. The one or two times where you were the one dieing instead of me really made my day and I never got too down after you turned me into a corpse either.

Miradur: You had a lot of heart and the Village needs you back

Zylundak: Good Fights

Rest of the Village: not really noteworthy in my chars life, comment and I'll respond.

Believe it or not, you were one of the few mages I actually respected, except for the whole annoying osprey flying up to me after I had just beaten off a horde of other enemies. Your actual battle skill was at least challenging, I wasn't too familiar with your roleplay or your character other than that though, good luck with the next.

I really liked Kibling, and hate to see you go. Stutter-typing must have really sucked, and good on you for keeping that up the whole time.

Regarding the looting policy, I believe that you either misunderstood it, or didn't say it properly. Regardless, I think that I did explain it to you and everybody else who questioned it. I'll talk more about that when I die some day.

I always enjoyed having an air form around, as well as a cobra. And thanks again for the wand or two that you showed me. Those always help You knew your stuff when we interviewed, and I hope that aside from your other gripes, that your time with Kucerael was interesting.

... I really enjoyed your character. I understand how hard it can be to keep something like RP fresh for hundreds of hours. The fact that you didnt get forms that benefited how you wanted your character to be makes it even harder to remain committed to following a character through to conclusion.

Ultimately it is about having fun, if you cant revitalize the fun then the character becomes a burden, even work. I don't think its ever too late to make a drastic change to a character to make it new again.

Most people go through dramatic changes in their lives, emulating that in CF can lead to excellent roleplay.

Good luck with your next character and thanks for the compliments. I hope you make another Seeker soon, you knew your stuff and that alone makes any character in the Rift worthwhile.

We did have several good bouts, I hated fighting you because it usually ment you were retrieving, and I didn't know how to fight a lemur until day before yesterday. All the sudden it just hit me.... but thats just me, I think you did rather well, and I liked the way you showed guts enugh to fight. Someone that will come and attack the giant even when I am there earns my respect, and it goes a long way.

I don't play evil characters. Merzo, the drow healer, was my last.. and it it hadn't been for Straklaw, Nepenthe and Arvam, he wouldn't have made it as long as he did. I just don't get into evil roles. Perhaps someday, one will strike me.

Anyways, glad you liked Blrindle he was alot of fun to play, up till the end. He was mostly my great invoker experiement, though.

There is a reason the goodies dont attack nexus. Nexus in recent days has NEVER attacked the Fortress or the warlocks. The Fortress is not going to go out of thier way to kill neutrals unless neutrals attack them first. Personally I would love to see nexus attack when the scales are tipped or even slightly tipped. If nexus really wants a war with Fortress/Warlock, Nexus needs to instigate it, nuff said.

The onus is on Nexus to fight Fortress not vice versa. What I meant was I don't understand why the Nexan leadership hasn't said go kill ppl in fortress.

With a hand full of widly ranging chars. They attack some goodies, some baddies, but mostly just gang bang ragers.
