Well done with Reddyn. I could tell that during our travels we were both in a learing curve, and I tried to help with what I could. All those times the packs of goodies would show and none of our specters would be able to harm them *argh*. I was dying to see you lich and hopefully get a Chancellorship, then I found out how low your con was....sigh. You pulled it off and thats more than most will ever do, and I can't recall your roleplay ever faultering. Good work and get another Scion going before I get put in the dead book also. See you in the fields.

It was...interesting.
Ever play a friendly game of football, and at the very last second, you get handed the ball, and you kind of sit there staring at it? And just as you see an opening and are about to move...WHACK. That's what happened with Reddyn. As most suspect, he didn't really get the hang of it until the very end.
Too many to remember here...you all know who you are. Sorry for those of you I didn't talk to/respond to; most waking minutes were insanity. I can say nothing memorable about Reddyn except for the becoming itself.
Which was primarily Reddyn's problem. I didn't quite know where to go with the bastard. I didn't like Scion enough to seek leadership, and that left few options. I was going to get booted at the end and play hell with everyone, but it didn't happen. There's plenty of regrets I have with Reddyn...moreso than any of the other characters I've played. Combined. (Including Anterrabae.)
(Hats off to the ghoul. Forse dopo tempo.)
I suspect that, knowing what I know now, I could almost play a respectable lich the second time around.
Maybe I will.
See you all in the fields.
so i threw you the obvious to see what occurs behind the eyes of a fallen angel eyes of a tragedy oh well apparently nothing

Not that you have to, many people are interested though, I bet. Or did you con-die, then deleted while ghost, or something?

seriously though, good job. I have to say when you heroed, after some of the crap I said to you when you were like rank 30, I was worried. Even more when I talked to you and you repeated to me verbatim 'You must be the least intimidating necromancer I've ever met, get some new zombies and go bother someone else' (followed by summoning three zombies of a half-elven merchant and killing them).
heh
You never gave me my sunstone phylactery either, I really wanted one. Bummer.
take care

Good old Reddyn. You know, your character had this personality. I couldn't quite put a finger on it -- maybe it was the dispassionate stoicism you took the things with IC, as well as OOC (refering to those posts that slandered you). Maybe it was your own disposition towards the char (when you don't know how to handle it, at least take it with dignity and study. You did both exceedingly well).
As bizzare as this sounds, I viewed Reddyn as a silent, polite uncle of Scion, and at this point I'd ask you not to make any conclusions about my family, btw. I felt somehow more secure, when it was the few of us against the hordes (not often, but hey). Not that you'd move your pinky to save me, of course, but still.
I really liked him.
C.

I enjoyed talking to you those few times, and I am glad that our chars interacted the way that they did. I know that I don't have a clue as to why you deleted, but I hope it had nothing to do with what happened in Arboria. I had a sudden pang of guild ooc when the yelling started, but I thought that "hey, if he can lich, he can deal with this too." I will assume otherwise unless you say something. A very well played character though. Perhaps next time we will be on the same side and I will actually be able to travel with you. A shame you didn't stay around to see if "it" fell through or not. If Reddyn meant what he said, it would have been some very interesting stuff, though I am not sure it was said without a lot of sarcasm. Again, well-played and good luck with the next lich.

Great job. Why do I say that? You refused to go away when the odds against you were just sick. You refused to dignify OOC comments made about you. At one point you got totally screwed by that Destructor bug but seemed to take it in stride.
So what if you're not the most deadly lich ever? You did something most people never will, and seemed to enjoy yourself doing it. That's all anyone can really ask. I for one congratulate you.

Sometimes i wonder if you'd of even Spectred if we hadn't come along.. Nogabo and me Spectre'd you.. you didn't even know about disruption.. then i pretty much heroed you with Khernan.. you were so paranoid by the time we grouped as Khernan it was hilarious.. of all the Spectres i ever thought wouldn't lich.. you were on the top of the list... In a year or two when/if you get better at CF you'll look back and cry at the lost potential of this character. But you can have the gratifying knowledge that you did something no smug will ever do. Hehehahhaehaehaheheahhaehehaaheheahaehaehhahaoihohoahoaha!

It is so sad to see a 'DEL' next to a Lich's name. Anyway, I hope you post a goodbye, perhaps stating your reasons for deleting and otherwise. You truly did suck when you first became a Lich and in those upper ranks (and I mean that in the best possible way, keep reading), but you learned *very* quickly and did well as far as I saw. I'm guessing high level necro was brand new to you? It seemed like that to me, but again, you learned very quickly. Good job with that.
I didn't know you very well in game, but what I saw of you seemed like you did improve over time. Nice job with the character, good luck with your next... and as always if you learned something while playing then it was well worth it.
