Well Scar I know I said I wouldn't do it, but there was nothing left for me anymore. The character was a chore and wasn't as fun as he was. I made Qxorlarran after I deleted Manshoon because I had a kick ass role for a drow assassin. This was the first warrior class I had played and my first assassin ever. Q was made to be the Eye and I achieved that goal. Nepenthe also wrote on the forum one time that a scarab assassin could be quite powerful and I wondered why so I gave it a try. He also wrote that most assassin didn't have over 5 assassinates so right before I deleted I made it a point to assassinate a few people. Rituraaj all I can say is you the man. The gear you helped me get when you where around pretty much stayed with me until I deleted. Parcimius hats off to you I may be wron gbut I believe you where the only person to pk me at hero and thats because of cockiness and arrogance. This character would have been a year old in another two weeks or so. I had honest hopes of immorting him, but it just wasn't meant to be. I put so much effort into this character that I couldn't do anything else. I hero'd two other characters and just couldn't get into their roleplay. Balrahd it annoyed the hell outta me that I never got to kill you. I never expected a drow assassin to be much of a pk machine, but overall I was pleased with him. I will never ever play a character like this again though. Well my hats off to the immortals assassins are a great class well balanced and good for almost any situation. I played this character for over 400 hours and there where still skills I didn't use as much as I should have. On a side note to Scar I logged almost exry time we talked I'd like to know if you mind me posting it of if you want it kept secret. I just feel in some ways the logs would give some people insights on the religion. I also like to know if you mind me posting the role. Well Xanth is in retirement once again.

From our limited interaction, it was fun. I remember meeting you for the first time. I had no idea of what members were in the Scarab and seeing you was a surprise. Then I tried to speak to you over the cabal channel and got no response. I didn't know what to think. Then we finally met and dicovered you could not speak. An interesting angle, but massively frustrating for me and I imagine for yourself. It was entertaining talking, err...gesturing with you in the Temple there, I am sure the Lich was amused as well when he finally chimed in. Anyway, well played, unfortunate that we were only able to interact two or three times. Ah well, those of the Scarab are often loners, I guess it was expected to be that way in retrospect. Farewell.

Interesting interactions with you all around and in more ways than one. I knew I could consistently count on you to get involved and you didn't fail me once. You added an extra element of surprise in some ways though. Anyhow, I'm glad I had the chance to interact with you.

I knew something was gonig to happen with you and had already talked to Scar about it trying to get you to work with the Scarabs, but then when I logged on next you where with the Scions. When you where talking to Gynax in the inn that time and I was stalking the elf in front of you. I was worried that you'd slay me for it, but I decided Q wouldn't give a damn and he do it anyway, so I took the chance and you let it slide. I also felt that oddly enough you had a special liking the Q for some reason of another. I think you felt he had a passion inside him for what he believed.

Yes, that's exactly it. Q definitely had a passion about him and not just that, but he was one of the first to look past Jacynth's exterior and see a little more closely into her when she started going through the changes. In Jacynth's mind, you had an insight and foresight as well (something she's never really had or cared to have). In my mind, I just wanted to get to know the character a little better and I was glad I got that chance.

At some point, send me an e-mail as to what was happening with
your quest. I left the first part of it out of my hands so I
could actually respond to it as the opposing force.

I'm curious what the experience would have been like had there
been more members of the Temple. There are a fair number of
applicants at the moment, and most of them look promising. Often
being the lone guy against the horde is tough. I imagine that
choosing to be a mute made that even harder.

I've never been a big fan of logging, mainly because other
players will tend to give those interactions far too much weight
when dealing with similar situations of their own. I also think
the web/logging/ICQ/IRC has been detrimental to the game as a
whole; if you demystify everything you rob newer players of the
wonder of discovery. So, I'd prefer to keep our interactions
between the two of us, but obviously you're free to do what
you want.

That's fine.

I'll shoot you an e-mail some time soon.

Qxor you impressed me on several levels on even our limited interactions. It always impresses me when I see someone pulling off a form of roleplay that would find difficult to say the least. After having you pop out of the shadows next to me several times when I thought I was alone I started being much more careful while moving about. The best was having one of our numerous enemies enter only to have you strangle him while I didn't even know you were with me. I had sought you for the time since Lokilith's deletion to lend my aid in a task you two had been working on, but true to your form you were not to be found. Well I hate to see one less set of eyes about for the home team but I hope to see ya back in the fields in one form or another.

DESCRIPTION
As you glance to the shadows a figure stands there almost completely immersed in the void of light. A permanent look of scrutiny seems to be etched into his ebony face. His chiseled face only shows a slight wear of age and his eyes have a predatory hunger about them that will not let him deny his years of harsh life. A long dark black cloak alters with the shadows around the hood draped over the top of his head and only the
ends of his stark white hair is left showing. Oddly enough you notice a bright red scar across his neck perhaps from a lesson harshly learned. The blackened rothe-hide armor seems to be worn from what appears to be countless battles. Around his waist you see a ceremonial robe partially exposed from the leather bag that suspends there. His hefty biceps hang loosely at his chiseled side. The knuckles on his hand have been hardened and callused almost definitely from countless hours of some form of hand to hand training. Remarkably though you notice that the long ebony fingers on his hand remained un-scarred as if he takes some pride in this factor.
ROLE
A renegade drow from Ched Nasad. A city that is second in chaos only to Lloth's most favored Menzoberranzan. Hailing from house Hlound 10th of the ruling families. As all males he was oppressed and considered weaker by the Matrons. Sent at an early age to study magic under Ildibane Nasadra at the Arcanist conservatory. Quickly rising to the rank of Archmage he began to tire of the deceptions and chaos of the city. Beginning to doubt his very being he departed the city and began to make his way through a network of dwarven tunnels. Upon reaching the surface with every terrifying new sunrise his magic began to wane more and more. The very magic that had been his life had now left him. Thus his trials truly began he began to become with himself. Until twilight one eve a human woman with a beauty that could match that of a drow came to him. The woman entered his dark dwelling and spoke, "You feel the calling now read the words that will awaken you." The woman then quietly returned to the shadows from which she came. The young drow's confusion mounted until he began to silently scan the pages of the book. For the first time in his life he understood the confusion that had plagued him. Why his sleeps had been restless and plagued. Now he understood his desires and his need to carry them out. Traveling to the city of Galadon he began to study anew. He began to use his natural talents to study the art of assignation. Now that his body and mind had awakened to their potential his search for Father begins. For years the search continued then a day when the sun darkened and the Maran's began to weep. Once more Father had revealed himself to the world. Once more the sleepers would awaken and lift the fog that plagues Thera.
THIS IS WHAT I WROTE RIGHT BEFORE I BECAME EYE
Clarity will be your weapon, how these words have guided me through my many years. Long has been my journey to awaken. When I look back at my youth I see the errors in my life I wonder how I could have been so blind. Even after the sacred Sacraa and entrance into the temple still I was not complete. Always though the was the whispering shadow guiding my movements bringing me closer to true clarity. My rebirth or perhaps death some would say began when I left the Underdark. Then again when I joined the temple. Now I have come to the path forging my
way towards the shadows. Three days I await my fate without fear secure in the knowledge that my path is clear. I have been reborn three times, I await the third day, and I am the third shadow in Father's cloak of darkness.
IF ANYONE WISHES TO SEE IT ALL LET ME KNOW AND I'LL TAKE THE TIME TO POST IT.
