Base chance: 40, Roll: 44, Result:
I am fairly okay with base, just no luck on the roll.
Spectres are not much fun to be honest.
I should have waited at 40 longer if wanting more hours, especially underdog empire.
A group came along, I got my items at 228 hours, seemed like a risk to keep waiting for the DL to finish while holding them.

They said it earlier - your chance roll happens when you TAKE the quest. Anything happening after just doesn't matter. If you took the quest at 150hrs and then waited up to 300+ => your roll takes 150hrs.
