Still no Immortal solution to the commoners problem... no wonder why so many wicked souls choose to join the Spire!

You don’t have to RP on forums.
This goodie mob Trib argument is a beaten dead horse and you can find arguments via a forum search.
If anyone bugs you about it too much IC just tell them to pray about it and ignore them.

The Tribunal manage the Adventurers of the world. It's actually in the helpfile "help law"
"""*** The areas that are defined as protected by the jurisdiction of the Law are the entirety of Galadon, Hamsah Mu'tazz, Voralian City, and Seantryn Modan. With the exception of the fifth law, the cities police their own denizens, leaving the Blood Tribunal to focus on the actions of Adventurers and their servants."""
There is a difference between denizens = NPC's of the cities, and the Adventurers of the realms = Actual players of the world.

This is an issue that only really comes up for goodies, and yet why would a neutral Trib not mind the citizens of the town being killed, why would an evil trib not care for that matter in so far as they could extort the killer. Sent from my Iphone

Well it bums me out to see this. You were a fun character to interact with and a great magistrate. I probably would have missed out on most of the Vampire hunting event if you weren't there to drag me around. Our stumpy drunken war priest has taken a bow. Hope to see you around Thera. GLYWN.
Peace out
