It is really tough deleting a character like Gwimdorf. I need to make it clear that this has absoultely nothing to do with the game. I have some family health issues and some trying to graduate school issues that sorta sprung up on me. I can't begin to express the gratitude I have for all that have given so much to this game. It is the dedication of not only the immortals but also the playerbase who makes this such a fabulous place to be.

On to my goodbyes...

Immortals:

Arvam: Thanks for Graktha, Fellas, Songs, hugs, piercings, interactions and everything else. I know that you invested a lot into Gwimdorf and I wish I could have stuck this out.

Shokai: Damn it was neat having you interact with me. Thanks for immin' me.

Valg: Silk stockings? *COUGH*

Saldradien: You made Gwimdorf keep going many times. The amount you interact with mortals is phenomenal! Keep on going man.

Sebeok: Despite how busy you were, you always took the time to chat.

Sylvan:

Nunchyk: I sorta said farewell to you IC. You do a fine job, good luck!

Phylanthorin: FEH!

Sassmi: My favorite strawberry, I only wish you wouldn't have been so madly in love with me.

Arehanah: I already said goodbye to you and you know that you rock.

Agrilenth: Put your damn stick away.

Pendlewig: LOG ON! We need invokers.

Andhean: Where are you?

Astaria: It was great fun hiding behind you and all of your wrath. Stop killing vultures.

Scions:

Anith, Trajeona, Vortigern, Dragnof, Ckoebal, etc. You guys have your turn in power! Enjoy it.

Ulthur: HAR! I will miss you a great deal.

I am too spent to write anymore!

I am outta here.

Gwimmy

What can I say? Healers are a pain in the ass...many times you bothered me or when we fought, you'd run away! Was fun fighting you all those times. I'm surprised to see you here right after you Immed...it shows how real life can be unpredictable.

Good luck with everything thing Gwimmy, and yes...I already enjoy the power!

Well that really sucks, but is understood. You have to put real life in front of "a game" I guess. Anyhow, I always knew that when I saw you on there was going to be some fun to be had and you never let me down. Thanks for all the good times in Arvam's shrine (I still have my flute from Shokai!). Good luck in school and life and all that stuff.

Had some fun fights. You were a ballsy, blood-thirsty healer at times.....

I wanted to keep your leader-weapon until I died of old-age...but bad things started happening to me one day...I kept having nightmares, and bad stuff started afflicting me....*grin*

Enjoy your break and hope everything works out with the health issue you mentioned.

Had fun the few times we actually hung around each other and enjoyed your company. Figured you "could" stick around as a heroimm but I respect your decision to cleanse your life of the cf. I did it for 5 years or so and am glad. How the hell I fell off the wagon I'll never know.

Well this isn't what I expected to see up here. Now who is old Ulthur going to say "har!" to?

You were atleast half of the reason that I didn't delete Ulthur a month ago. Had a blast every time we were running around. I've got a bunch of little logs I'll put up if you don't mind. Anyway, great job!

Hope everything works out well on the home front for you. Drop me an email one of these times.

I cleaned this one up a bit, there was a lot of extra spam.

Gwimdorf says 'An' me matchin' bracelet!'

<836/836hp 597/652m 721/721mv | 5 AM>
Gwimdorf says 'Th' trader fella.'

Gwimdorf stops using a malachite bracelet.

You say 'It's very secret, to find him.'

You say 'Are you sure you want to know?'

Gwimdorf says 'Glad ye know th' way then.'

Gwimdorf nods.

You say 'What if it was so secret, that I could tell you, but then I would have to kill you?'

You say 'Even then?'

Gwimdorf says 'Umm. Well...if ye really want ta kill me fer it.'

You nod sagely.

You say 'Very well then.'

Gwimdorf shrugs indifferently.

You say 'But you can't tell ANYONE else.'

CUT SOME WALKING

You say 'Remember, he's well hidden.'

Gwimdorf says 'Feh!'

You say 'And it's very secret.'

CUT SOME MORE WALKING

Gwimdorf says 'He's in Tar Valon isn't he?'

You say 'No, not that.'

You flash everyone a wry little smile.

CUT WALKING TO TRADER

A Crumbling Road

(Red Aura) A huge fire giant strides purposefully down the road, eyeing all strangers as
potential foes.
A nimble svirfnebli glides silently through the shadows.
A diminutive trader walks along the road, an arrogant gleam in his eye.
Gwimdorf has arrived.

<856/856hp 507/662m 392/721mv | 10 AM> l trader
A short figure, barely three feet high, with a large round head and a bulbous
nose, stumps along before you. Wrapped in robes of the finest silk, and
bedecked with bracelets and necklaces of fine workmanship, it is obvious that
this is a gnome who is worth a great deal of gold. What surprises you most,
however, is the air of arrogant superiority he wears about himself like thick
armor, despite the fact that he apparently has only one guard to protect him
as he travels through the wilds. If his confident attitude is not enough by
itself to persuade you to leave him alone, the strangely glowing rod he
clutches provides you with reason enough to pass him by with but a nod. He
looks down his nose at you, despite his short stature, perhaps wondering if
you can afford to sample his wares.
Flistiknack the trader is in perfect health.

Flistiknack the trader is using:
<worn around neck> a thick gold necklace
<worn on body> some fine silk robes
<worn around wrist> an aquamarine bracelet

<856/856hp 507/662m 392/721mv | 10 AM> pat trader
You pat Flistiknack the trader on his head.
Flistiknack the trader pats you on your head.

Gwimdorf looks at Flistiknack the trader.

You say 'That will be five copper please.'

Ulthur holds out his hand.

Gwimdorf mutters something quietly to himself.

Gwimdorf gives you 5 copper.

Gwimdorf says 'Expensive.'

Ulthur falls down laughing.

You chortle at the humorous events before you.

With a haughty snort, Flistiknack the trader continues along the road looking for paying customers.
Flistiknack the trader leaves west.
A hulking fire giant guard leaves west.

You say 'Glad I could be a guide'

You say 'Oh oh.'

You say 'I can help you find him again'

You say 'But it's another five copper.'

Gwimdorf nods.

You nod sagely.

Gwimdorf gives you 5 copper.

Can't say I saw this coming....hope everything goes well, and gets better for you chief. As I said when you imm'd...you did an amazing job as Gwimdorf, sad to see you go chief. Since Gwimmy serenaded us all towards the end...I figure it's only fair to give you a song to 'play you out'...

"Bury me at sea
Where no murded ghost can haunt me
If I rock upon the waves
there no corpse can lie upon me

Let me go boys
Let me go boys
Let me go down in the mud
where the rivers all run dry"

-The Pogues

Good luck to you old dwarf, and I hope to see you back in Asgaard someday man.

Wha?! Man, you were amazing. I hope one day I am half the dwarf you were. Oh wait...

Anyway. This was my first hero and you really helped me out. In retrospect it almost makes more sense for me to be a worshipper of Arvam, but well... I decided for my first hero I'd pick something off the wall. Thanks for making me see it through.
