Having played more than 10 hero conjurers from when they first came out to more recent times with a mixture of good and evil ones. I feel I can confidently conclude that neutral conjurer is still broken.
For a good align, if you conjure non-agro and don't fail a bind, there is essentially no chance it will turn on you (there are few special exceptions to this, but for the most part holds).
Similarly with evils, although more work is required to keep demons happy and devils have that annoying <10% hp issue. But for the most part, they are predictable.
A neutral can bring a non-agro angel, and put 7 times more mana into the bind than a good align, and it can still turn on you (note: I am not using it to attack good align mob, which obviously makes it worse).
In summary, good and evil conjurer you can master it with understanding the mechanics. But neutral is just horrible, it's not feasible to have your mobs turn on you in an unpredictable way. Especially when you have to follow up with an unreliable dismissal, which if fails is almost certain death.
Recommend adding an option to get a 2nd elemental instead of an outer plane as a minimum, or preferably allow neutrals to bring greater elementals or neutral servitors that are a power balance of the outers plane servitors.
