Caiman/Snake/Walrus is all you need in water path. Orca is good too. But stingray is not usable that much when you have the four other forms. Maybe turtle could serve better.
I think the following forms for a water/water are the best possible: Caiman/snake/turtle/shark/walrus
Now.. I wanted to see Jellyfish or squid in action, so I thought let's build a water shifter and get it to second tier forms. Either I see jellyfish or I might get snake or caiman to push forward and have a chance at squid. This is what I got: shifter1: Bullfrog/Archerfish/Catfish/Barracuda/Stingray shifter2: platypus/Gar/Crab/Seal/Turtle/Shark/Eel (With turtle and good friends, I could go more) shifter3: newt/catfish/archerfish/stingray/swordfish shifter4: Bullfrog/catfish/archerfish/seal/octopus shifter5: Bullfrog/Crab/archerfish/stingray/swordfish
Seems that RNG doesn't like me. But in your case, you had the forms I had hoped for.
I'm tired of my luck with water forms.
