Thraesia the Heroine of Faith, Wreathseeker
DescriptionThis formidable female centaur towers with a commanding presence, standing at over 10 feet tall when fully upright. Her equine body, powerfully built, boasts a sleek, glistening coat of silvery fur that catches the light as she moves. Her humanoid features, in contrast, are delicate yet bear the subtle traces of hardship and perseverance. Her emerald eyes shimmer with a mix of determination and vulnerability, framed by a small, slightly off-center nose that adds character to her face. Her mouth, set in a gentle yet somewhat strained smile, speaks of resilience. Long, soft blonde hair cascades down her frame, seamlessly blending into her silvery coat, creating a harmonious contrast between her human and equine halves.
Closer observation shows that...

RoleChapter 7 Becoming a Teacher Added Sun May 12 12:24:55 2024 at level 32:As Thraesia sat quietly, the weight of her thoughts pressing upon her, she considered the scarcity of wardens within the tree. This rarity, she realized, might itself be a compelling reason for her to step into the role of a teacher. Her recent discussions with Nithenoel had shed light on a similar predicament within the fortressthere, too, war and conflict seemed to dominate every aspect of existence. Yet, Thraesia had come to understand an important truth: war wasn't all that mattered.
Thraesia wanted to transcend the limitations she had observed in her own herd. She aspired to be more than just another warrior defined solely by conflict, she yearned to embody the virtues that Sennoseri championedto nurture, protect, and teach. She envisioned a life dedicated not solely to the perpetuation of strife but to the propagation of understanding and care. Without this, Thraesia feared she might have ended up mirroring the very adversaries she had battled against in her youth.
Acknowledging the breadth of what she had yet to learn was a humbling experience. The journey from warrior to warden, from combatant to mentor, seemed daunting. Yet, within this daunting path lay the promise of transformation. Embracing this new role meant not only imparting tactical skills or survival strategies but also fostering a deeper appreciation of the sacred balance between life and land that Sennoseris teachings espoused.
Determined to make a difference in the way that truly mattered, Thraesia committed herself to this path of growth and enlightenment. She knew the road ahead would be replete with challenges, requiring not just a change in her actions but a transformation of her very spirit. Yet, she was resolved to try, to step forward each day with the intention to learn, to teach, and ultimately, to lead by example.

RoleChapter 6 Aspirations Added Sun May 12 12:24:10 2024 at level 32:Thraesia's encounter with Demilecto stirred a profound upheaval within her. Just as she was beginning to grasp a semblance of confidence in her newfound direction and purpose, Demilecto's presence and probing questions undermined that burgeoning self-assurance, casting her once again into a sea of doubts.
Demilecto's piercing gaze and pointed inquiries seemed to peel back layers of Thraesia's resolve, revealing the uncertainties that lay beneath. Her words continued to echo in Thraesia's mind, a relentless reminder of the depth and complexity of the journey she had embarked upon. She understood her beliefs, her commitment to Sennoseri's teachings, and her dedication to protecting life and nature, but Demilecto's challenge forced her to confront a more personal query: What did she truly desire for herself?
Having lived a life marked by constant conflict and battle, Thraesia had come to anticipate a continuation of strife and turmoil, even in her role as an outlander and a nascent priestess of Sennoseri. This expectation of perpetual conflict was a lens through which she viewed her world, a familiar comfort in the harsh wilderness of existence. However, Demilecto's directive to embrace teaching as a path forward was both unexpected and bewildering. Teaching, a role that demanded not only knowledge but wisdom and patience, seemed a far cry from the visceral realities of warfare she was accustomed to. Yet, there was an undercurrent of necessity in Demilecto's wordsa subtle command that it was not just a suggestion, but a mandate that Thraesia felt compelled to obey.
In the quiet moments following their meeting, as the sun dipped below the horizon painting the sky with streaks of crimson and gold, Thraesia pondered her path. She wrestled with the implications of her new role. Could she transition from the sword's edge to the gentle guidance of a teacher? The thought was daunting yet illuminated a potential path towards a different kind of influencea way to foster life not through the clashing of arms but through the nurturing of minds and spirits.
This internal struggle was not just about adapting to a new role, it was about redefining her identity and her aspirations. What did she want? The question lingered, dense and insistent. Did she seek to replicate the only life she knew, or could she dare to envision something morea legacy of wisdom, a beacon of hope in a world fraught with darkness?

RoleChapter 5 A New Faith Added Mon May 6 10:47:52 2024 at level 4:Amidst the good tidings, however, came devastating news. Selsha informed her that the wound she sustained in battle had left her unable to have children. For Thraesia, who had always dreamed of creating life, this news was a heavy blow. She felt as if a part of her future had been torn away. In her sorrow, she sought solace in the teachings of Sennoseri, and it was perhaps in this sadness that she had a revelation: she could still foster life in other ways.
Selsha saw the change in Thraesia, a shift from despair to determination. She encouraged the young centaur to explore her new understanding, but Thraesia still had doubts. "How can a child of war like me bring new life into the world?" she asked Selsha one evening, her voice heavy with uncertainty.
Selsha smiled gently, her wise eyes twinkling with understanding. "You must find that answer for yourself," she said. "I cannot give it to you. But perhaps the daughters of Sennoseri can guide you."
With Selsha's blessing, Thraesia set out to find the daughters of Sennoseri, seeking their guidance and wisdom. She agreed to become a priestess, dedicating herself to creating a world where life and beauty could flourish naturally. As she took her first steps on this new path, Thraesia felt a sense of hope and purpose she had never known before. She knew that she had a long journey ahead, but she was determined to do her part to bring forth life and beauty in the world, and perhaps, along the way, find the beauty within herself and her war-torn past.

RoleChapter 4 A New Path Added Mon May 6 10:47:29 2024 at level 4:Thraesia's heart swelled with gratitude and confusion. "Why would you help me?" she asked, her voice barely a whisper. "Im one of the warriors who damage the lands in our war."
The woman nodded, her eyes sad but understanding. "You fight jaette, even if your means are... reckless," she replied. "We see only those in need of help, and you were in desperate need."
Thraesia's eyes filled with tears as she realized the depth of the Onehearts' compassion. For the first time, she questioned not only her tribes motives but also her own understanding of what it meant to be strong.
As she lay in the temple, slowly regaining her strength, she spoke with the Onehearts, learning about their philosophy and their way of life. She found solace in their gentle nature and started to see that true strength came not from fighting, but from loving and protecting all life.
Through her recovery, Thraesia began to understand that her future might lie on a different path than she had ever imagined. In the peaceful halls of the temple, she contemplated her next steps, knowing that whatever she chose, she would be guided by a newfound understanding of true strength and compassion.
Thraesia recovered under the watchful eye of a wise woman named Selsha. She found herself in a sanctuary of healing and learning, where she was introduced to things she had never known before. She learned about Thar-Eris, the land of her birth, and more importantly, she learned about the goddess Sennoseri, the Mother of Seven Daughters.
Selsha, a devoted priestess of Sennoseri, saw the centaur's arrival as a sign, believing that Thraesia was meant for something greater. With gentle patience, Selsha began to teach Thraesia about the goddess and her faith, opening her eyes to a world of possibilities beyond war and destruction.

RoleChapter 3 The Battle Added Mon May 6 10:46:50 2024 at level 4:The next morning, Thraesia stood among the warriors, her heart pounding with a mix of fear and determination. She was not like the others, but she would show them that her strength lay not in blind rage, but in a fierce love for her people and her land. The path ahead was uncertain, but Thraesia knew one thing for sureshe would fight for what she believed in, even if it meant standing alone.
Thraesia fought bravely in a great battle against the forces of the Jaette. The chaos of war unfolded around her, but the fight did not go as expected. The Jaette had enlisted the help of ruthless mercenaries, and the tide of the battle quickly turned against Thraesia and her tribe. In the heat of the conflict, a sharp spear found its mark, piercing through her midsection. She gasped, feeling a searing pain as her vision blurred, and she stumbled back, falling into a nearby river.
The cold water engulfed her as she floated haplessly, her blood mingling with the rivers current. She looked up at the sky, where beautiful falcons soared above her, their graceful flight contrasting with the brutal scene below. Even in the face of death, Thraesia saw the beauty in what she had been fighting for. With that thought, her vision faded to black.
When Thraesia awoke, she was enveloped in a profound fatigue, a weariness that seemed to seep into her very bones. For a moment, she thought she was in the afterlife, her surroundings ethereal and unfamiliar. But as her vision cleared, she realized she was in a temple of sorts, surrounded by gentle faces.
These were the Onehearts, a group of pacifists and healers whom many of her people had derided as cowards, unfit to lead or fight against the Jaette. One of them, a tall woman with kind eyes and a gentle smile, approached her and laid a cool hand on her forehead.
"You're safe," the woman said softly. "You were badly injured, but we found you in time."

RoleChapter 2 A Coward? Added Mon May 6 10:46:18 2024 at level 4:Elara looked at her with understanding in her eyes. "You see what others choose to ignore," she said gently. "Not all fights are just, Thraesia. Sometimes, even those who claim to defend life can lose their way."
Thraesia nodded, her resolve hardening. She knew then that she would have to find her own path, one aligned with her belief in the sanctity of life and nature, even if it meant standing apart from her own tribe.
She was vulnerable, her mother having just fallen in battle, and she found herself distraught, wondering about the point of this endless war. Unlike much of her tribe, Thraesia was not a fierce warrior, and because of this, her voice carried little weight.
One day, as she sat in the shade of an ancient tree, her eyes red from weeping, she gathered the courage to confront one of the tribal leaders, a grizzled warrior named Durnan, about their purpose.
"What are we fighting for, really?" she asked, her voice trembling with a mix of grief and determination. "We claim to be defending our home, but we do more harm to it than the Jaette ever could. What's the point of this war?"
Durnan's eyes narrowed, his expression darkening. "You dare question our cause?" he growled, his voice low and dangerous. "We are warriors, Thraesia. We fight to protect our people."
"But we kill innocents," Thraesia pressed on, her voice rising with emotion. "We charge through villages, leaving destruction in our wake. We don't even value our own lives. We act like zealots, not defenders."
Durnan's face flushed with anger. "Coward," he spat. "You fear battle and war. You do not belong among us."
Thraesias heart ached at the accusation, but her resolve hardened. "Fine," she said, her voice firm despite her tears. "If thats what you think, then I will prove you wrong. Ill fight on the front lines."
Durnan's eyes gleamed with a cruel satisfaction as he nodded. "So be it," he said coldly. "You want to prove yourself, Thraesia? Then you shall have your chance."

RoleChapter 1 Why we Fight Added Mon May 6 10:45:47 2024 at level 4:Thraesia was born into a world scarred by war. Her tribe, fierce and xenophobic, relentlessly clashed with the Jaette of the black city of Udgaard. Life was a series of battles that saw her lose many of her family and friends during her formative years.
At first, she didn't question their cause. She had always understood her people to be the defenders of life and nature itself. "Victory will come," she often thought, "because we fight on the side of righteousness."
But as she grew older, Thraesia began to see that not everyone in her tribe shared her pure-hearted perspective. Around the campfire, she would listen as some spoke with disturbing enthusiasm about their battles, driven not by a noble cause but by a bloodlust and personal ambition. One evening, as they gathered around the fire, one of her comrades, Cormac, bragged about his latest kill, his eyes gleaming with a fervor that made Thraesia shiver.
"Did you see the look on his face?" Cormac laughed, mimicking the frightened expression of his enemy. The others joined in with grim smiles, but Thraesia's heart sank.
"Was it necessary?" she asked softly, her voice nearly drowned out by the fires crackle. The group fell silent, turning to look at her, their faces a mix of confusion and derision.
"Necessary?" Cormac scoffed, his laughter bitter. "It's war, Thraesia. We fight or we die."
"But we are supposed to be defending life," Thraesia countered, her emerald eyes gleaming with a mixture of determination and doubt. "Not reveling in its destruction."
Not all were as blessed in the light as she was, and as time passed, Thraesia found herself increasingly at odds with her peoples goals. In hushed conversations with her closest friend, Elara, she expressed her fears and doubts.
"Elara," she murmured one evening as they sat beneath the stars, "I used to think we were on the side of right, but now... now I'm not so sure."
