Progglekort the Grand Master of Changelings

Description

The squat figure of a male gnome comes into focus. Nearly as wide as he is
tall, his age is not easily discerned but for the few wrinkles upon the pale,
smooth skin accented only slightly by his ruddy cheeks.Deepset blue eyes
are split by a bulbous, ruddy nose. Coupled with a quick smile, it gives him
an almost comical appearance. He stands roughly three feet in stature,
clothed in a way that most would consider eccentric, though his overall
appearance and the presence of a few magical instruments and components
suggest a tendency for intellectual endeavors and persuits. Looking closer,
you are able to discern that...
