Chapter 1

I am Vul, a dark-elf from the house of the Viper. Though I never really
cared for their ways of life, carrying on a war with our kin to have the
strongest house, I didn't feel it concerned me. My father was one of
the assassins and my mother a mage of our house. I just grew up never
understanding the purpose I suppose. My talents seemed to come from my mother, as
I seemed to have quite the innate ability with magic, particularly with the
elements.

I moved to Arkham and abandoned the cause, because i sought for a
different thing in life. I sought for truth, whatever that might be, I just
knew it intrigued me, finding fact, things that can't be argued.
Perhaps an example of something simple as water turning to ice or vapor, depending
on the temperature being too hot or cold to change it to more advanced things.

An odd quirk about me is that I sometimes play on the fact that I am
of the house of the Viper, that I sometimes exaggerate the Esses in my
words. Though it is not how I really talk.

I align myself with the Berons, the unhindered view of magic and
it's vast study, this is why I applied to such. Like minded magi in such
things, I believe would aid me in my own fascinations. I also don't
care for divinity too much, as I look at the world as it exist for a
more deeper meaning, or who knows, I might just want to act important and
have no obligations.
