Chapter 3

One day he was travelling far away and he saw the Lady come
to her mountain home. He met the Goddess as well as two others
who sought her words, Dathnas and Gralker. He tarried long at
a melted altar and listened, learnd and heard much discussed.
He was asked to think upon a vow. A vow. For life. What would
we be meaningful enough to him that would carry him forward?
He hopes something might guide him to this discovery.

He was accepted into the refuge of Outlanders. He sought a
place where he could aid and heal the injured and hard pressed.
He is finding it difficult to find his way amongst many who
are black of heart and unwilling to change their minds. He has
been accosted as to who he worships, but this does not concern
him. Yet he wonders whether he can stay both an Outlander and
worship the Golden Host as he must first and foremost.

Chapter 2

Bronwechanar (Enduring Brother) in his own language had stepped
out of his world and into another. A world where their were
people considered "poor" because they did not have coin. Where
"might made right" and nothing was thought of compassion and
mercy. He studied hard and learned much. In his studies his
interest focused on a Goddess of Light named Azorinne. His
thoughts were of what mercy and justice meant. How one could
judge what was best for one or many. He was also young and
emotions led him at times to bad results. He was too young yet
to know. He would seek out this Power of Justice and perhaps
learn from the mighty.

Chapter 1

Bron was born into a wild elf family near the tiny village that
held the Sun altar. His parents were both explorers who left him
to live and run free in the forests in which he lived. There were
times when foul beasts would invade the wood and he was quite
able to stay clear of their violence. He learned basic herbal
skills from his parents who were well versed in their lore.

One day his parents left to go out on a long patrol of the forest
far to the east. Bron stayed near his home and mended and made do
as he normally would. A week passed without word from them. This
was not too unusual. They had been gone longer before. A week
turned into two and still no news. Soon after, rumors began to
spread. Of black dwarves and black knights. Of Yrc! and other
vile creatures hunting in the forest. Bron worried but could do
nothing. By the end of a month it was concluded that their lives
had been cut short although nothing was found.

Bron lived with his grandfather for a short time often going deep
into the woods to find his parents. A year passed. A second year
passed with no news or knowledge. One day he was out and felt the
the urge to go farther, to leave the vale entirely and seek out
what he did not entirely know. His grandfather understood and
helped him pack what little he would need for the journey out
learn. Perhaps a healers calling.
