Ragus the Dweller of the Wilds

Description

Missing one too many feathers this birdman you see before is rather cringe
inducing when you set eyes upon it. Usually these birdmen look somewhat plump
but the large splotches of missing feathers allow you to see he is nothing
but skin and bones. What feathers do remain are sky blue with white grey tips
