| His dedication pours into his commune, until his arm begins to glow, a |
| golden aura of sorts, and one at a time, though appearing rapidly, |
| letters underwrite his GIFT marking.. The scripture, deep blue in color, |
| of divine text reads "Ever Upwards". |
| |
| Kvordac stands to his feet and nods. |
| |
| The Provost nods and says 'A fine tribute to the New Order.' |
| |
| Kvordac responds 'Ever Upwards' |
| |
| The Provost raises his hand in a blessing and utters a prayer in a |
| foreign tongue. |
| |
| The marking done, the Provost nods in agreement and begins to redirect |
| there thought to the Spire Defence's. Kvordac is already on the same |
| page, humming his prayer of sanctuary in preparation. |

| DIVINE SCRIPTURE CATCHES THE EYE - "WHAT IS THIS NEW MARK?" |
| |
| Once just a GIFT, now marked with more.. The words "Ever Upwards". |
| |
| You focus on the creation of this mark. You see: |
| |
| As Kvordac opened his eyes to see the Provost before him once more, |
| full army and guards in attendance a thought crossed him mind, although |
| he paused as a second thought sidetracked him first - prayers or |
| thoughts? So often of late they felt like one consciousness.. As his |
| powers grew and his dedication to Ishuli showed the obvious fruits of |
| his worship. |
| |
| Back to the initial "thought".. 'Vengeance, yes, I'll have it, this |
| filthy one and its friends.. I promise it'. |
| |
| The Provost's voice breaks his prayer-thought and pulls him back to the |
| present, "Your malice may end him, unless he finds herbs to keep him |
| from death." |
| |
| Kvordac nods then says "Boss, you would honor me to remain present while |
| I mark my faith in our New Order and strengthen my dedication to yourself |
| and my Goddess." |
| |
| The Provost nods. |
| |
| Kvordac kneels, quickly removing revealing his markings in full. He |
| begins his prayer, quickly and urgently. "Ishuli, mark me as Dedication |
| demands. I am yours, I am the New Orders, I am the Provosts, I am the |
| Gift." With that, his focus turns to his left forearm as he begins to |
| hum. |

| high hope of making a Provincial role when he has trained and learnt |
| enough as his Provost has bade him. |

| Many years had past since giving thought to Kvordac, thus is the |
| way of the immortal. It appears he prays with confidence, pride |
| and empowerment. Yes empowered by that of his Goddess Ishuli. |

| You blink and see a flicker reel of Kvordac flash through your eyes and |

| duties, reports, training and always before prayers and slumber you see |
| Kvordac surrounded by parchments - notes and pages spread wildly upon a |
| desk where he can find one (be it on a spare bench in his Spire, the |
| Hamsah Library, one of the many temples in the Spires cities or |
| frequently his Ladies Shrine Library). |

| Born of a prominent bloodline of Minotaur, the line known as Dacon. |
| Males of the Dacon bloodline have for eight generations held prominent |
| positions among the Seantryn Modan City and Palace guard. The Empress |
| herself hold the Dacon bloodline above others. |

| Kvordac has several half brothers within the city guard and his father, |
| Renliak, is General of the Seantryn Empresses Palace Guard. |
| |
| The vessel is not insignificant.. the "Mother" was the teenage daughter |
| of the High Priestess of Aturi. A severe punishment laid upon the high |
| priestess for disloyalty to the Empress, saw the union of such a pure |
| breed become reality. |
