Chapter 4

Cabessudo was the only mortal eyewitness who was there at the closing and
reopening of the Fortress. He was there when Keldithas, the bravest person
Cabessudo ever met, killed the pallid princess. It takes a lot of courage
to deliberately go against everything you believe. It was a pity that fear
prevailed and Keldithas made the wrong choice.
It was also there when the divine unicorn restored life to the Fortress. He
was the only one to witness the sadness on Tanyl's face when she sacrificed
herself for us and left forever. Lord Korsgaard said this would not be an
easy way to go, but Cabessudo had no idea that would have such a strong
emotional charge. Many decisions and mistakes have been made, but now it is
left for those that remains to rise and continue the endless struggle against
evil because they continue to threaten the lives of the innocent now more
than ever.
Cabessudo has been traveling a lot lately, because he believes that you need
to know closely the reason one fights and in virtually every corner he finds
example of brave people who despite all difficulty, being surrounded by evil,
they still do their part and do good. All these little warriors inspired him
and increased his certainty of the way to go.

Chapter 3

Today was a good day. While hunting an oath, a red flash almost blinded me
and Lord Korsgaard himself came to talk to me. That was quite a surprise.
After a quick chat I am finally a squire. I went to tell the news to my
master, and his reaction was not quite what I expected. He congratulated
me and said he could no longer be my master. It was time for a change.
Now as squire I would have to find another master within the Fortress to
continue my training. Too bad, I liked these monks, but he was right. I said
goodbye to them one last time and on my way to the Fortress I found myself
thinking of changing the tattoo to something more suited for a warrior of
the light.

Chapter 2

From all the teaching Cabessudo had, one phrase marked him, said by one of
his early trainers: Fear keeps us alive. At first he thought it was a joke,
and even doubted the intelligence of his trainer.
Then he understood and humbly acknowledged his master's wisdom.
Understanding why fear and how to overcome it is a big challenge, only a
brave person enters in a fight despite the fear in his heart. Everyone fears
something, but one should never let that stop you from doing what must be
done. Turning fear into courage is critical to being a great soldier.
This is the central pillar of all his training.

Chapter 1

The son of an influential merchant from north of Voralian city, Cabessudo's
childhood was troubled. Wrapped in a strange prophecy that predicted that he
and his brother would become mortal enemies and that one day would decide the
fate of many people, he was taken as a child to be trained by some monks in
secret. The same must have happened to his brother, but where and by whom he
was taken is unknown.
Having always had a more combative character, Cabessudo was trained to be an
assassin, for he wants to be prepared for what comes when the prophetic
struggle takes place.
He was also instructed in the precepts of the Holy Brigade of the Phoenix.
Becoming a Maran is another goal to achieve.
