Perin the Grand Master of Changelings

Description

Before you is a man of rather small stature. His face is round,
his dark hair slicked back, and big brown eyes regard you amiably.
A rather bulbous nose sits above thin lips, which are compressed in a smile.
His clothes are rather travel-worn, torn in places and covered in
dust from the road. At first glance he appears quite the scholarly type,
someone more suited to a library rather than out on adventures, but
you notice the well-worn hilt of a rather sharp dagger protruding from his
belt, indicating he may be more than he appears.
