Chapter 1

Over two centuries ago, Huegyn can
vaguely remember back to the greatest day
of his life, when he first became a free beast.
Free of citymen enlsavery, free of civilised
mens judgement, and most of all, when
Huegyn turned wild.

With these last two hundred years, growing
into a full adult cloud giant kinsblood, his
name has begun to spread across Thar-Eris,
for his rage, and what he fights for.
The Onyx Beast. A dreaded name given to
himself for the trials of courage and bravery
he has put himself through and passed over
time. For it is within the damned forests of the
Scarab cult, he first braved becoming wild.
Images of destruction, revenge, plagues upon
cities, and death, were all Huegyn would
know for many years.


With hunts, and gatherings with packs,
the Onyx Beast has truly come to find peace
within the cursed wildlands. Understanding
now, that was the fear and hate for civilised
men that enacted so many dreams, and
illusions of the future. Believing the queen
of the cult was to be responsibly for his
freedom, was a falsehood which took many
years to see the truth. Huegyn has bore his
instincts from those very woods, living so near
to such a cursed ground. Within his growl,
will always feel the cold chill of a beast
whom has lived in the dark wood, but deep
inside the giants heart and soul, he is free as a
falcon in the mountains, wild as a lion, fierce
as a bear, cunning as the serpent, with the
determination of a cougar. The Beast lives.

Chapter 2

A child of captivity, a slave to the Imperial
City, Huegyns freedom has only so recent
become to exist. Escaping the prisons and
shackles of the black society, Huegyn fled to
the cursed woods to the northernwest crosses
of the Khalid river nigh Hamsah's borders
where he intended to hide for the night.

The air was unusually chilly for the
summer months, and there was not a single
other sign of near life other than the low
growls that can be heard off in the darkness.


After setting a small fire to keep the
unwanteds back, and a bit of warmth in the
night, Huegyn tried to get a bit of rest
without keeping one eye open..


As the dreams began to swirl in his head, and
his mind began to draw from the fogs of
reality, a vision had begun to form in his
mind.

Chapter 3

AAAAAAAAHHHRRRRGGGGHH! ! ! !

Springing to his feet in a cold sweat, Huegyn
is awoken in the midst of the cool, silent
woods where he had set a small camp for the
night. His heart pounding in fear, like the
rabbit a wolf happens upon.

Silent, rasping whispers from every
direction begin to get louder. Frantically
trying to prepare himself for fight or flight,
Huegyn awaits whatever it is that's out there
until the sun rises again.
