Chapter 8

He have now reached the throne, and another goal have been accomplished
now. He will guide the Empire back towards glory and strenght, and spread
civilization even to the darkest corner in Thera.

Soviatos is now anathema, he must had known he had no place amoung us, and
that gharzal would have done the same, if he had seen him. Now this fallen
high priest threaten to kill every citizen he can, but yet he do not dare face
Gharzal, as he know that would mean death to him.

Gharzal have a feeling that Ankhran, "his dread lord" will make a move for his
throne in the future, he is the only one of the council that he belives seek more
power, so he will be watched closely even though they share the same lord.

Gharzal still seeks to gain more power, and he hope there is more magic out there
he can learn, to fullfill his potential, and strenghten the empire even more.

Chapter 7

Gharzal is has now adjusted his new body, but he have made to many misstakes so much life
have been taken from him, if only there was a way to regain some life back so he can
continue to be a great force for the empire.

He have been intro lord Destuvius shrine and had a talk with him, a very interesting talk
where he feel he could accomplish something he desires from him. Tributes, gifts, glory
and such.

Gharzal will seek out a blade singer called Ergoth, to him gharzal will tell his story
about beein dead, and what it takes to survive the ritual. This will hopefully end up
in lord Destuvius libary in his shrine.

Also, he has ordered every black to praise lord Destuvius everytime they awaken, or go to
slumber, this way he can spread out the name Destuvius so it will be heard often.

Gharzal is thinking that it would be a great gift to his Lord, if he can create a sculpture
of Lord Destuvius in the Imperial lands, perhaps near the entrance so everybody will feel
the power of Destuvius religion.

But why stop there? why not capture balator and make it his domaine aswell? Gharzal see no
reason why this small city shouldent be under the Empire control. It would only make the
citizens there feel safer, as they would have our protection.

Chapter 6

Gharzal where sitting in his guild in hamsah, when he was drawed toward the end of the guild, he felt
that something behind this wall was so powerfull, that he had to explore it.
The guildmaster there offered to sell a key, that would unluck the grating so he could enter these
ancient tunnels.

He began to collect his undeads, as he did not know what to expect down there, and as he ventured down
these tunnels where he attacked by powerfull undeads, but nothing he could not handle.

At the end of these tunnels he found a large bell, a bell he was curious about so he rang it.
A Conservator apeared from nowhere, and asked if he was ready for the path of immortality, and
wished to path to become a mummy, Gharzal felt a warn fload of magic through his body and accepted
this offer to reach more power.

Gharzal Suddenly awakens from his grave, feeling more dead than alive. All his emotions are gone and
he no longer hunger for food or thirst. He look down himself and shiver, as he can see his own flesh
and bones. It took a while before he realized the ritual had succed and he had now transformed intro
a mummy. He was praised from the citizens and he could sense he was expected to come and safe the empire
agian. A empire that had been on the wrong path since Merf took the Throne. But a path that soon will
change to the Empire once agian can reach its rightfull power within thera, and expand our powerfull
civilization.

Gharzal was out finding bodies for his rituals, when a Lord came to him. A new lord that had awakened
to the Empire, Lord Destuvius was his name. He offered a fresh corpse to him and talked shortly about
the future of the Empire.
Gharzal is now very interested in becomming a servant of Lord Destuvious, and he will soon find his shrine
and go pray to him, with hope that he would take a rejected servant from Lord Enlilth.

Chapter 5

Apearently Gharzal aint the only one who had been dreaming these days, the shadow Gedunthos have also
been dreaming, and now we're two who can figure this out. We visited Ktengs to search for the a surgical room
where we thought the bed could be, but we was wrong. The shadow had another dream while we went down there and
got the feeling we where looking the wrong place.

We're now quite sure that this man who is captured is a Lord, and since we're both follow the path of greed
we belive this can be a new lord that needs our help to be released, also gharzal is sure that more people have
had dreams about this, but he aint sure who he will ask for assistance for this.

Gharzal wish to do what he can to free this man, perhaps this can give him an advantage when he would seek
his becomming aswell. For now Gharzal will lurk around and see if he can find some clues.

Chapter 4

Gharzal was in a deep sleep, when he suddenly lost his consciousness for a short moment. In this moment did he have
this dream that made him wonder if this man had anything to with his father. He could not focus on his face
and wassent able to get close enough to see his face but he will now find this bright room with a blood-stained
bed. Gharzal know not yet where it could be, but he will start his search and hopefully find it soon,

He is very weary not to make any misstakes, and he also belives that he should seek his spectre as this might
could have something to do with his becomming, perhaps his father was right, perhaps Gharzal would transform
intro something undead and more powerfull than ever.

Chapter 3

Years have passed away and Gharzal are now a elite member of the empire. He had hoped he would take the seat
in the council as the Dreadlord, but this former magistrate Finley came to us, and took my place.

Gharzal arent happy with this, he have devoted most of his life to the Empire, but then some random
knight get apointed to lead a sect that belong to Gharzal. He need to find a way for this to change, even
if it means that this Finley would become anathema.

Gharzal have been trying to get his Lord Enlilth attention but without luck, he is unsure he he just dont
like him, or if he have been unlucky. But he will keep trying for a while but if the luck wont change he will
likely move on and, perhaps another lord will find Gharzal interesting and seek him out.

He have been at this rank for quite some time now while he learned more about his magic, and the death but
soon he will advance to his Spectre and begin his work to become. Gharzal have meet this Lich on his road, a
powerfull lich that guards his black rod. He have tryed to begin a conversation with him with the hope that
he would reveal some of his secrets to how to become such a powerfull lich. Gharzal wanders there often to pick
up his artifact of barrier, and one day does he hope he will get his atention and start a conversation.

Once we reach the spectre our hope is to transform intro such a powerfull lich, but if that wont happen he
have heard that there is a tunnel in his guild in Hamsah, where he can get another task intro something powerfull
aswell. He will await and see which fortune he holds.

Once he have transformed he will take the throne of the Empire and make it stronger than it have ever been. Many
changes will come and weakness wont be tolerated. There are a few members that Gharzal would like to call a blood
reckoning on, but he doubt that would benefit him on the long run.

Chapter 2

Gharzal had not chosen his path, but was created to study the dark magic within the guild
of undead mages. He was tough simple magic from the moment he could speak and he had a inherent
talent for this. Doin his childhood he diddent see other children, and never felt like one as he
got duties from a early age. He had to make sure they kept their wooden fireplace burning and he
spendt alot of time watching for entruders while he practiced his magic.

When he reached his purperty he was send away, he needed to find a master that could teach him more
magic than Zigurd could. He marched through dangerious lands in a cloak of invinsibility and tryed
to avoid every creature he meet on his road, lucky for him it was like his path was clear and he made
it to Arkham.

He found the nearest guild for his kind, and began to study further his art, he knew the path was already
made for him and he just had to stay alive and follow it.

As he grew up he learned about the Empire, a cabal of members that had dedicated their lives to civilization
and to keep thera free of chaos and barbarians. He felt a urge to learn more about this and while he was traveling
around near udgaard he found a shrine that belonged to Lord Enlilth. A lord that stood above this empire and
he was so impressed by what he saw and heard, that he not long after took the bloodoath and raised in his sect
to a servant.

He felt it was the right choice for him, and he now had his own goals for his life, and not only the goals
of his father, but he would combine both goals and make the empire stronger than ever

Chapter 1

Many years ago there where a small group of humans who had discovered how to
manipulate with magic, and how to creates elixir's with many diffrent purposes.

They where humans smarter than normal, and had left their village due to violence
and brutality from the people. They where frozen out and called "insaine" due to their
interest in dark magic.

It was Father Zigurd who lead this small group of three men, and two woman. These two
woman where manipulated to think, and do as beein told, a form of brainwash. Ziguard
had a high EQ and was the brain behind the hole thing, he got the ideas of how to create
these elixir's and what to mix for one to work.

They where in need of a newborn baby, so Zigurd made triplings with one of the womens, but
not long after they where born died two of them with their mother, she couldent handle the
loss of blood and pain. Zigurd was left with one healty child and he named it Gharzul.

Zigurd had planed to create some form of lich, or mummy that would walk amoung the mortals
but he had yet to figure out a elixir that would work on a human, and he needed to experiment
more on dwarves and captured elves before he would try on his own son, a son he loved
despite how he came intro the world.
