Kelin the Legend of the Battlefield

Description

This giant is dressed in simple but elegant cloths. Most notable of them is
an emerald green velvet robe which loosely covers him from upper torso to
waist. His appearance, though massive, is nothing spectacular. His bluish
skin and greenish hair undoubtfully identify him as one of storm giants. His
eyes are dark blue almost like clouds before storm. Two twin blades are
strapped cross like on his back. A slight all-knowing smile dances on his
lips. As you look at him you notice:

Three Imperials are raiding, Kelin can harm them, but is ranking. He doesn't even make an attempt. And he's with allies who would attack Imperials.

Wishful thinking

Long time passed since I gave an Oath of swords to my father.
I am an elderly giant now. So many things happend. Both good and bad.
But having forsaken the weapon training I sense an unused potential within myself.
I've been taught by the monks of Macalla twice in my life. Now I cherish the
change to use my potential to learn of one final legacy. I eager to learn how to outrun
my enemies and put them down for good. Monks call this technique the OUTCRY OF STEEL.

A weapon of choice

A flashback.

You see a blue skinned teenage boy practicing with wooden swords of the size of the
trunks. He is trying his best to impress giant standing nearby.
Swing... Slash... Block.
Slash... Cross... Kick... Slash again.

This practice goes on and on. Boy is sweating profusely.
Finally he stops to rest for a moment.

Immediately giant watching him motions to continue.
"Go on, my son.", giant says.
"Remember, you train and suffer practicing, you dance on battlefield."
"This will save your life one day."
"Think of your swords as an extension of hands. If your hands fail you in battle you will
be helpless as a baby."

Giant pauses for a second stealing glance on his own sheathed swords.

"Sword is a perfect weapon for true warrior. Versatile and noble.
While bandits use daggers to stab their unaware victims or knights charge on horses with
their lances. But they are no better then kids fighting with fists.
Practice well my son! And none of these will be a match for you in combat."
