Ispris the Legend of the Battlefield, Elite Imperial Blade

Description

He's tall, even for an arial, nearing seven feet, but somewhere along the way
he musthave forgotten horizontal growth -- he's rail-thin . . . even for an
arial. White feathers, sharp talons, and a slashing beak typical of the
born warriors of his race as well as your average bird of prey. Though, not
mention the weight (that's rude), his muscles seem markedly undeveloped for
that profession. If he went to the beaches near Hamsah Mu'tazz, swarthy
sailors would kick sand at him. Awkwardly tall and a weakling. Those
types don't usually go far in the fighting business.

Funny, because he's got a whole lot of weapons.

He wears a grin. It's always there.

His eyes (wide open, and shining blue) are continuously shaking from side to
side, up and down, in and out, to and fro. He focuses on an object or
being, and the pause is nigh-imperceptible as he takes note and quickly
shifts focus elsewhere. In this way his sight seems caught in an
unescapable, horrid wobble though the trained observer could detect what is
a careful consideration of every element in his periphery. Or maybe he's
just insane -- the rest of his body twitches every so often as well, to
comic effect when his wings suddenly spasm, sending loose feathers into the
air and all around. Really, he looks drugged.
