Chapter 1

I be supposin' that since Maldovir been gone so long that he ain't planning
on bestin' me in the guild. Kinda sad, but not so much. Woulda liked a little
bit of a challenge. No one's comes within four hundred golds, and I gettin'
kinda bored. I'm 88 now, pretty olds. Been just waitin' when I gonna die from
age, cause I know it ain't gonna be from combat.

I wakin' up panicked lately. Lots. Can't sleep cause I seem be restless.
Ain't so far from the truth I guess. Suppose I could use a little shakin' up,
but there ain't a hell of a lot that I got left ta do.

Looks like Valryn gonna be the next Spymaster, if he ever wants it. That
magistrate seem comin' up in ranks quick. He's a smart boy. Gots the same
downfall as dead old Paskat... can't do what he wants to when he wants to.
Bah. Bad for a thief. Leasts Paskat was gray, and he ain't waste a lot of
times just sittin' like I seein' lots of magistrates do. Eh. That's thems.

I be likin' the Imperials more and more these days. Those magehunters still
payin' me two pawfuls of golds when they see me, more when I helps 'em, and
even more when they hittin' my traps. Lovelish. Those Nexans are goin' down
the hole, but not as much as that Fortress. I glad I ain't gettin' dragged
down in any of thats.

So nows, I supposes, is just a matter of wait. Gah, I'm good at that!

Chapter 2

Sixty years. Sixty years of laying traps. Sixty years of stealing. Sixty
years of lying, cheating, and blackmailing. Indeed, the SpyMaster of
Blackclaw is quite an old Fela. Despite the years and trials, Myrakie has
grown into a master of her skills. Her favorite, knockout trap, was mastered
just before she was granted the title as leader of the Blackclaw Center for
Covert Operations. With all defenses mastered, or at least close, and her
skills with all sorts of blades coming along nicely, Myrakie set to work on
her next set of goals.

Goal number one, SpyMaster, was reached. Goal number two, having 500 gold in
both the bank and the guild, was surpassed. Goal number three, stocking the
chest with more stuff than the stout Fela could carry, beaten out of the
record books.

Now, as the time moves on later in the Fall of the Fela's life, goals aren't
as easy to come by. Setting higher reaches of gold in the guild and the bank?
Sure. Easy. Outfitting to the best quality and cost - beg, borrow, or steal.
Simple. Cake! But to Myrakie, not quite the challenge she is looking for in
her years - already proved by tufts of gray fur and wrinkles etched into the
sides of her muzzle and around her eyes.

Managing revenge, however, for all the time scorned and left, is a definate
possibility. A person doesn't need to die to get the point not to hassle
someone you can't even see...

Chapter 3

Living in the circles of the same people, same buildings, same every-day.
This wasn't the path Myrakie could feel, smell, and taste each time she
traveled. While each journey before her twenty-fifth rank was short and
cautious, the Fela prospered much in the mid-years of her life. Struggling
with a lacking confidence in her skills, and a memory that would lead her to
Udgaard instead of Hamsah, it took many years to become comfortable traveling
between all the cities and townships of Thera.

Accepting the guidance of a Felar Assassin, Seyn, Myrakie first traveled to
the Encampment of her cousins around her twenty-seventh title as a trapper.
Seyn, upon who's disapearance only years ago now, was Myrakie's strength for
some time. He toured her places she'd never been, constantly aware of the
female's fear of combat and surpises, which he seemed to thrive on.

Seyn, for his part, was Myrakie's doorway to confidence, letting her bumble
and fumble around Thera in his company, redirecting lost paths or steering
her clear of invisible foes. With this new found freedom, Myrakie took pace
at travel quickly, learning the lands and the things to be found there.

Now, when asked, Myrakie shows no fear or hesitation to travel alone, making
her twice, if not thrice, more effective at her trade.

Chapter 4

Myrakie Brushpaw was born in Blackclaw almost fourty years ago, raised by
more family than a human child would be exposed to. Upon her birth, Myrakie's
mother died in childbirth, soon after the baby Myrakie and her two elder
brothers were brought into existance. Owning a small items shop, the
children's father was constantly busy in his trade, traveling between Galadon
and Hamsah Mu'tazz on a regular basis, leaving little time for his offspring.
However, as the wise man's tale goes: It takes a village to raise a child. In
the case of Myakie and the countless number of kittens her age, this passage
was very true.

Bouncing between adults gave Myrakie time to practice her manipulation,
easily getting away with all sorts of trouble.

One brother was lost within Myrakie's first years of life, both of her
remaining blood-kin meeting with horrible ends on a supply trip, and a visit
to the Frozen Wastes to deliver a shipment of grains and fruits to their
cousins in the snows. While her eldest brother returned, guilt and grief
stricken at the loss of his sibling, the Fela was never quite fond of
Myrakie, and it remained such even with such distress. She would visit him
while he mended, bringing him gift after gift (of which he would accept
nothing), Myrakie finally gave up trying to protect her brother and sank
herself into something that she could focus on - something that would support
her life. At the rank of eight, so young in life, Myrakie became a member of
the Theives. Blackclaw seemed a likely place to resolve into her training, so
she took the skills of the trapper onto herself and in some way, felt more
whole and safe.

When Myrakie was in her double-digits, her father was never to return home.
None-the-less, the young Fela was happy in her place, despite the loss of her
parents. Joining the Blackclaw Guild of Thieves at quite an early age,
Myrakie devoted nearly all of her time to proving her worth in gold to Torsym
and the few that were listed on the guild roster, easily surpassing each in
funds. By her eleventh rank, Myrakie had raised nearly two hundred gold for
the guild's donations, sitting just below Eldin, who Myrakie learned from in
those early years from only a handful of meetings. Regardless, the young
thief was enamored with the more skilled of her guild, taking in as much as
he cared to teach.

At the death of Eldin, Myakie was depressed for the first time in her
recollection, pushing herself only harder and further into her training to
master the art of the Trapper.
