Cruk SmellyToe the Unseen
DescriptionA ludicrously small greystone hued humanoid is here before you. His size and
coloration are obviously svirfneblin, but even most members of that race
would tower over this individual. As if his sheer diminutiveness wasn't
comical enough, his entire frame, and all the features of his face appear as
if they have been pummeled with chunks of stone. His left arm is shorter and
more heavily muscled than his right, which is grotesquely curved between
shoulder and elbow. His spine twists unnaturally, almost making him appear to
have a humpback. His stomach protrudes lewdly from his trunk, but it
obviously is composed of muscle rather than fat. His legs are shorter than
his already shrunken frame would suggest, giving his gait a scuttling,
rodentlike quality. His right eye is slanted, and substantially smaller than
his left, while his nose looks more like a twisted lump of clay than any sort
of normal olfactory organ. His mouth is a rude little pit, and when he parts
his dark grey lips you can see that his teeth splay about in a multitude of
directions within his mouth. His neck is so short and broad that his bulbous,
misshapen head seems to spring from his muscular shoulders directly.

Background
Added Sun Aug 20 03:55:20 2006 at level 46:Cruk has always been a bit of a slacker. In fact he prided himself
on this, stating that one day he will find a way to earn a living by
sitting on his backside drinking beer! Alas, that day is still to come.
He was raised in the old city of Blingdenstone, the south west disticts
of it. Out of curiosity more than anything, he would wander around
the underdark, sneaking past the drow patrols, in search of anything
and everything. He used never to wear shoes and each time he
returned his feet would be filthy. Thus came the nickname that
he has never been able to get rid of, "SmellyToe".
He was constantly getting caught in his afterhour pursuits and
getting into trouble. Every other month he'd need his family to
bail him out of the local city cells. He had worked out that working
was no way to live. Why not just take from others? That's MUCH
easier.
Cruk makes his way through life trusting his natural ability, and personal
magnetism. Although he knows little about formal ettiquite, his quick wit
and ruddy charm manage to smoth over all but the gravest of his mistakes.
His goal is to accumulate wealth, not to earn it.
When asked why he carried around a heavy mallet in his bag, he replied
"There are some locks you just can't pick.".
