Thanks largely to Kastellyn, we did a small audit and caught up with the (mostly older) areas where some NPCs had unusual abilities (warrior specializations, spellcasting, communes, etc.), but their XP value was determined as if those abilities weren't present. Somewhere north of 1,000 NPCs have been increased in value to reflect the higher level of difficulty inherent to fighting these types of opponents. This will take effect next reboot.

That's not to say that some pushover mobs haven't been adjusted in the past and won't again, but this particular change is all more-XP-ful.

This got done separately so two things could happen at once:

1) NPC druids got a little smarter. They'll commune out of combat, much like most NPC magi, and they use a few more communes in combat than they used to.

2) They're worth significantly more XP when defeated. The amount varies with how many abilities the druid can take advantage of, based on level.
