Starting this reboot, as part of our continuing efforts to make each point of each stat meaningful:
Level(0) DISTRACT DISTRACTED DISTRACTION In combat, adventurers with high Wisdom can notice if an enemy adventurer takes their attention off of them, and use the opportunity to press their attack with a surprise strike or two. Examples of opponent actions that might trigger this include: manipulating armor, weapons and devices; participating in commerce; or manipulating doors or containers.
The opponent's action need not be successful-- the attempt is sufficient. For example, a character who foolishly tried to eat some bread during combat would normally be unsuccessful, but may still draw an attack if noticed.
