You can now target other players or characters with only part of their name. The only skill this will currently not work with is WAYLAY, because it is an automatic targetting system as it is. See help TARGET.
This feature is automatic, but you can always make certain you are targetting the correct person by spelling out their name exactly. The game will check first for an exact match before trying to find a partial match. Now commands will work like "whois" when done with a partial name, searching for the first person the command finds.
Shortening names will not work to target objects.
