No, it is not a financial issue. No, it is not a hardware issue. No, it is not an IT issue. No, you cannot help. Yes, it is a billing issue. Yes, we are in contact with Jullias. Yes, we are still working on it.
So long, and thanks for all the fish!

I remember you saying that unless you can access it in time, purging will go into effect for characters. If this problem lasts long enough, will auto-del also kick in for characters? Or do you believe that the issue will be resolved beforehand?

There is information we need to work with the hosting company to provide that nobody seems to know, or how to get. Until we find that we're dead in the water. So long, and thanks for all the fish!

Clearly we won't know the info, but if it is something like payment details, might we be able to cover the payments from another account on a temporary basis?

Sorry for being obtuse but I'm having a little trouble parsing this.
It sounds like there's a third party which needs information that is not known by anyone on staff, nor known by the hosting company. Is that correct?
Is it a billing issue? An IT issue? Occult? Can you share with us the nature of this missing information?

I'm sure that you all are doing all you can to get the game up and running and it is very, very appreciated.
That being said, it seems alot of us are sitting here in suspense with the hopes that any minute now the game could come back on-line. However, the time its been down and the lack of information indicates to me a more serious problem.
Is there any information you can share with us? Is it a problem with the hosting company? Did they go out of business? Did terrorists attack them? The last time the game was down for an extended period of time you were able to tell us that there was a fire at the hosting company and that at least gave us realistic expectations of how long the problem would persist.
Thanks in advance.

I know this game..infuriates me to no end, sometimes. But it's still a fun outlet when I don't have anything better to do, or when I feel like being creative. Sucks, though. I made my first Empowerment character since Vynmylak(or whatever his name was) deleted. That was a sucky day. I rolled my Pally, got empowered to 26, when to pray at his shrine...oh look Vynmylak's death echoes...lovely.
