I made some tweaks to the arcane path and the general thief skills bringing down the costs on a bunch of skills.

Either make it usable on fighting enemies or making possible to learn blackjack too?

Right now, binder cant do much against fighting enemy - no lag, no heavy damage, no maladiction, no knock out skills
