There's a rather silly bug right now that's randomly inducting people to Empire. If this happens to you, please pray ASAP. Also, if you're cabaled, keep a record of what your cabal skills are set at so we can fix them.

Again, we can't exactly fix this until we can check code back in, so....yeah.

Due to this bug, cabal leaders may have some trouble inducting people. Tons of people were hit by this bug, so if you are having trouble inducting someone just pray about it.
