The changes are pretty much exactly as Isildur laid out.
If you say Yes to the newbie question, you will be able to use the newbie channel throughout your life to ask questions, and once you get past level 10 they will be asked in a form of anonymity.
If you say no to the newbie question, you will be asked if you would like to help out new players. If you agree to this, you will also be able to use the newbie channel throughout your life to help new players in a form of anonymity. So long, and thanks for all the fish!
