Lesser ice devil casts a 24 hour fear spell that makes you run, okay. But is it intended that when the conjurer keeps attacking you have pretty much complete offensive command denial as well? I undersand initiating, but when you're already fighting the "You are in too much danger to risk using that spell!" really blows. Completely screws quite a few people fighting the conjie unless he has a healer right there to get rid of the fear.

It'd be a psionic blast side-effect to have that long of a duration, but yes, you correctly understand how fear works.
