Encountered this while in Icewind Dale. Lets you walk into the cave and constantly avoid, improving the skill to no end. Didn't mind in the least, but thought you should know. Prayed and was told to post here. Log to follow.

In a Small Cave
This narrow cave descends slightly from the opening on the mountain side,
providing some shelter from the wind and cold. The cave looks to be a
natural formation, and jagged outcroppings protrude from the walls and
ceiling. The floor is littered with pebbles and rocks, making for unstable
footing. Several bones lay scattered about, though you can not tell what
type they may be.
(Camouflaged) A cloud giant dressed in heavy furs is here, watching carefully.
A huge white bear rises up here, massive paws poised to strike.
