Not sure if this is bug or design change but will post it here. With the new Herbal Usage for Birds and Bears, you're herbal power is still being used up even when you are not in form. Not sure if it should be getting used up this way or not. IE: Assume Birdform, fly around 3 hours, revert, and at 6 hours, warning of half usage, 11 hours being completely used, but all that time, was just as a human and not a shifter.
